Pool available 24 hrs, with quiet time between 8pm & 8 am.
Free shared laundry, including detergent. Air dryers available to take into your guesthouse.
Superbly located 100 metres from the iconic Saturday Parap Markets and the Parap Shopping Village. The Village offers local grocer, pharmacy, restaurants, coffee shops, take-away, bakery, post office and more.
Central to Fannie Bay Turf Club, Mindil Beach, Sailing Club, Botanic Gardens and public transport.

We would definitely recommend this place. The location was great, the flat clean, modern and was as listed, the pool was amazing.. Easy walking to Parap markets (and I have bad knees) and shops..Emma was a great host.

Emma is a lovely host and her guest house was perfect for our needs. I travelled with my partner and 7 year old for a holiday. The guest house was perfectly situated with restaurants within walking distance, and the city and places like Nightcliff and Casuarina just a very short drive away. Very convenient! We enjoyed coming back to the pool and water slide after a day of activity. The guest house was clean and tidy, instructions were clear, and no question was left unanswered. I highly recommend staying with Emma and would book this accommodation again in a heartbeat.

It was perfect, exactly as advertised and such a great location to walk down to the shops/cafes and the parapMarket. Emma responds fast and was super helpful with instructions to enter the property being a late self check in. Next time we visit Darwin we would definitely stay here again!!! I realise it is hot! but I feel like I am allergic to the cold. Don't worry, the property is fully air-conditioned, and has an amazing shaded pool

What makes this property unique

Only 100m from the year round Parap Markets (Saturday mornings).
Close access to bus routes, supermarket, bakery and restaurants. Great central location for all Darwin has to offer.
