The property was very updated nice and clean . Communication was good. Tons of shopping stores near by and restaurants. **For smokers there is nowhere to sit outside, or just for people who enjoy sitting outside. In the summertime that is a bit of bummer if you enjoy outdoor hangs. The only way to get in and out is through the garage , which is fine, but they have small children.Also to note you can’t do laundry unless you stay four nights . Overall comfortable stay , thank you

Booking did not say it was in the basement. Entrance was nearly impossible to navigate with luggage. The entry was through the garage which was fine but the door opened in to an entryway that was approximately 3 1/2 ft by 4 feet with a step going to the upper unit. The door opened aganist the door to the basement. The stairs were narrow and steep. The kitchen was very poorly equipped by anyone’s standards. It was clean and had a lot of cute things sitting around but was the most user unfriendly place I have ever stayed in. There was no a single level place big enough to set a suitcase except the floor. The table was round and about 20” across and very high. We were instructed to use the TV trays provided if we didn’t want to use the table. We tried but one of them had all the screws missing and the underside of both were moldy so they were virtually useless. We were instructed to leave our shoes in the entryway before going downstairs. Needless to say due to the size and design of the entryway that was not possible. The heat was controlled by the host. He did turn it up a bit but since heat rises it remained uncomfortably cool. I would definitely not stay there again or recommend it to anyone else. It was advertised as 10 minutes from the Falls. It was not, it was over 20 minutes.The shower was great.

The listing clearly identifies the property as a one-bedroom basement unit, and the photos show its compact layout, including the small dining table and two bar chairs. We strongly encourage guests to review the full description and photos before booking, particularly when travelling with a large amount of luggage, as a compact basement unit may not be suitable for everyone’s needs. The kitchen is equipped with the standard items provided for guest use, including cookware, utensils, cutlery, dishes, a toaster, kettle, coffee and tea. We are unsure what additional items you expected, as no concerns or requests regarding the kitchen were communicated to us during your four-night stay. We must also clarify that there are no TV trays provided or advertised in our unit, so we cannot identify the trays described in your review. The temperature was adjusted after your request; however, you did not inform us that you remained uncomfortable. Had you contacted us about any continuing concern, we would have had an opportunity to assist further. The stated travel time to Niagara Falls is approximate and can vary depending on traffic and which Falls attraction or area a guest is visiting. We are pleased that you found the unit clean and enjoyed the shower, but we regret that the overall space did not meet your personal preferences. Guests are encouraged to please read the description thoroughly, view the photos and ask us questions when in doubt or need clarification. Thank you for coming!
