2 Bed 2 and one half Bath 34 Coligny Villa Near Beach & Plaza

This freshly renovated villa has all new kitchen complete with granite counters and fullsize appliances. Updated with 2 full bathrooms on second floor with half bath on main floor.

Everything you need is here including the "HH Island Rentals Advantage" including 4 beach chairs, a beach cart, beach towels and new kitchen amenities, salt, pepper, cooking spray and season salt.

Bedroom 1 - King Bed, Bedroom 2 - 1 Queen Bed 2-Twin bunkbeds. Villa has full-sized washer and dryer, outdoor patio, outdoor patio with gas grill. Kitchen is fully stocked for you to prepare your favorite meals. All linens, towels and starter soaps are included. Pets are allowed with $195 Pet Fee, limit of 2 dogs with weight under 25lbs/each, must have all shots and flea treatments. NOTE - PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED IN THE COURTYARD OFF THE BACK PATIO. ANY FINES ASSESSED AGAINST THE OWNER FOR A PET IN THE COURTYARD AREA WILL BE PASSED ON TO THE GUEST. ALL PETS MUST REMAIN OUT OF THE COURTYARD AREA AND BE EXERCISED AND WALKED IN THE PARKING AREA OR OUTSIDE OF THE COMPLEX.

You can walk to almost everything you need. 5 minute walk to Coligny Plaza for shopping and restaurants and 5-7 minutes to the beach. There are free shuttle carts that run around the area as well. Most people prefer to just get on a bike to get around.

Enjoy the community Pool in the courtyard to relax after a day at the beach.

HHI 2025

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay here. The condo was very clean and updated recently. The location is great - right off Coligny Plaza and 5 blocks from the beach!

Great location

Perfectly located, within walking distance of the beach and shops. All of the amenities we needed. We did have a shower clog issue when we arrived, but the host promptly took care of it and we didn’t have any problems the rest of the week.

Great condo perfect location

We enjoyed our stay at Coligny Villas. The condo was clean and just as pictured online. Perfect location to Coligny's shopping and restaurants. Unit was quiet and close to the pool. We would definitely stay again.

Beach Getaway!

This was the perfect place for us to take our 10 month old on her first beach vacation! The place was clean and nice and the walk to the beach was less than 10 minutes! We love Coligny Plaza and it was so nice to be just a 5 minute walk away and super close to the heart of Hilton Head Island. The pool is just outside the back patio and the courtyard area was beautifully kept. The owner was super responsive and helpful! Definitely recommend!

A Fantastic Stay!

We have stayed at several different units in the Coligny Villas complex and this one had everything! Every possible amenity was provided, and the unit was extremely clean and comfortable. Excellent communication with the Property Manager. Highly recommend!

The property was clean and was within walking distance of the grocery store and Coligny Plaza. Super close to the beach also. Eric was great about calling us when we had a question. I would recommend this property and would come back on my next visit to Hilton Head.

Beach Getaway

Pretty much everything you need for a nice vacation. Could use more wine glasses (not plastic) Very clean, great beds! Close to beach and all sorts of restaurants and shopping. Beach cart and chairs included, that’s a bonus. Would recommend better quality paper products, my only negative.

First time to HHI

This was our first time to HHI. We had a fantastic time on the island. The property we rented was outstanding for a family of our size. A short walk to the beach, a great pool, and Ice Cream 5 minutes away. The host, Rob, was communicative and quick to respond to any questions we had. We loved our stay so much that we booked it again for 2025 the night we left.

Vacation Getaway

Overall, the condo was very nice and clean. What attracted us to this particular one was it was pet-friendly and we had our dog along. The entire complex was quiet and secluded, and the community pool was nice. There were a number of beach chairs and equipment provided, which was nice. Would recommend to anyone. It is a bit of a walk to the beach, but it was good exercise

Great location in Hilton Head

Lovely, very quiet community. Lots of birds and wildlife nearby. Walking, biking, parks, groceries, shopping all very convenient. Pool is lovely. Beds are great. It has everything you could possibly need. The unit is dog friendly, however the community does not allow dogs in the courtyard or on backyard patios. Our dog was miffed but the time at the beach more than made up from this exclusion

Great Location

Location was convenient. Be aware that while certain dogs are allowed, I would not call it “pet friendly.” One of the reasons we chose this VRBO was the picture of the outdoor grass area that would be convenient for our dog. We were greeted with a note that dogs are not allowed on the patio or courtyard, making it a hassle to walk her. I don’t begrudge the location for having this rule, but I felt it should have been disclosed up front in the listing.

Close to everything

The condo was very nice and comfortable for 6 people. The pool was right out the back door and the beach was an easy walk right past a great coffee shop on the corner. The kitchen was very nice. Plenty of plates and flatware, could use more glasses. Both bedrooms and bathrooms upstairs were roomy. The bed I slept in was very comfy. I slept better than I did at home. Having the gas grill was nice too. I would rent this again.

Hilton Head Vacation 2021

The rental process was easy. The location was excellent and close to many amenities! Over all the condition of the property was great. The only knock that I have about the stay was that one of my kids crawled under a bed and came out covered with dog hair. We have two dogs ourselves and understand the difficulty of cleaning under objects. It just appears that it has been quite some time since the last deep clean. Other than that the stay was awesome and we all enjoyed ourselves tremendously!

Great vacation home!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. We’ve rented condos and homes up and down the east coast over the years and this stay was one of our favorites. Very close to the beach and so many restaurants, shops, groceries, etc. The property was very clean and well done - excellent appliances and decor. Communication was awesome for check-in and made things very easy. Will definitely be on the top of our list for our next stay on HHI!
