Ready for coastal breezes, fruity umbrellas in your drink, and some serious R&R? Then Latitude Adjustment is just what the doctor ordered. A perfect couples retreat.

6/10 a mile to the beach, 15 min walk or 5 min bike ride via large sidewalks shaded by beautiful oaks (see pic)

This completely updated 1,100 sq ft villa has all the comforts of home, without the hassle. The kitchen is fully stocked. All you need to bring is the food. The living room is spacious, cozy and open to the dining room. 55”, 4K smart TV allows for streaming Netflix, etc. The glass front door and large sliding doors to the courtyard let in lots of natural light. Cozy king bed in master and queen bed in 2nd bedroom. Linens provided. Each bedroom has a flat screen. Various board games and books are also availabe for you to enjoy. Beach towels and chairs provided.

Queen's Grant is part of the lovely Palmetto Dunes complex. Queens Grant has five swimming pools. You're a 15 min walk or 5 min bike ride to three miles of perfect beach, all in the shaded embrace of large trees that over hang your path. Hilton Head beaches are dog friendly. Don't forget to utilize this villa's private, outdoor shower for a refreshing rinse when you return.

A general store and bike rental facility are also within walking distance and within the Palmetto Dunes. Enjoy 2,000 acres of beautifully manicured grounds, six miles of bike paths, and an 11 mile lagoon perfect for kayaking, canoeing, or paddle boarding. Not to mention three golf courses, to include Robert Trent Jones, over 20 tennis courts and new pickle ball facilities! There's also tons of shopping available, to include two Tanger Outlet Malls just minutes away.

This is a one story villa with NO stairs. Parking is available right next to the unit. We welcome large dogs.

We thoroughly enjoyed everything about our stay in Laura's villa. Everything we needed was provided and the villa was nicely decorated in very tasteful beach decor. Our puppy enjoyed her stay as well as the community is quite dog friendly. Highlrecommend!

Lovely Home

We had a great trip to Hilton Head. Palmetto Dunes is a perfect spot for active families. We were very grateful that our host allows pets. Wonderful long weekend all around in a comfy home with all the essentials!

Laura was a wonderful host and we really enjoyed our stay. The place had everything we needed .she even had dog dishes and sheets for the couches! We highly recommend this place and if we’re in Hilton Head again , we’ll try to get back!

The Villa-Couples retrear

Laura was a great host. She responded immediately to any questions or concerns. We stayed 4 weeks. The villa was lovely and clean. The only wish was for better fishing for my husband. A few items are really needed for a long stay, a mop which apparently was taken by gremlins, or a swiffer. There are beautiful walking n biking paths, pickleball courts and golf. Plenty to do. A short walk to the beach or drive. Great restaurants as well.

Fantastic stay.

Pictures on Vrbo are exactly what you get. I was very excited to find a place that allows two large dogs. Location and area was very dog friendly. The villa was extremely clean and the flooring was perfect for dogs. Easy to sweep. Rooms were perfect. When I had a question owner was quick to respond. I hope to return next year for a longer stay and hope I will still be welcomed with two dogs. Thank you for the opportunity.
