Lovely, quiet setting and attractively designed but the property was under equipped for the price. There was no dishwasher and we had to buy coat hangers, pegs, chopping boards and basic kitchen items ( which really should have been supplied at this level). The floor to ceiling windows had not been cleaned - we did the job ourselves so we could enjoy the outlook.

As noted in our listing, the property is self-catering, and we provide a starter pack on arrival, which includes toilet paper, hand soap, dishwasher tablets, dishwashing liquid, rinse aid, sponges, and bin bags. We’re sorry to hear you felt the home was under-equipped. We would have gladly arranged for any missing items to be delivered had we been notified during your stay, as guest comfort is very important to us. We will also follow up with our housekeeping team regarding the windows to ensure our standards are consistently met. We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience.

Thank you for a wonderful stay at your lovely little winter getaway. Everything was as described in the ad. Nice and clean throughout, with exceptional communication prior to our stay. Our dogs enjoyed walking around the dam and were mesmerised by the kangaroos. My wife and I loved sitting outside reading our books and listening to the birds.
