Magnificient Luxurious Home with Built-in Pool on the Beach

This luxurious and sun-filled 5-bedroom, 4.5-bath bay front home on the beach offers the epitome in private vacation living. It features stunning water views from all three levels, including the ground floor patio and private sand dune, the main floor's full-width deck and the third floor's balcony.

All bedrooms enjoy bay views, save one, which opens to the interior 20’ x 40’ gunite swimming pool with an attached hot tub. Take a leisurely morning swim in the pool or relax in the hot tub. Spend the afternoon sun-bathing on the beach interspersed with some kayaking, paddle boarding or fishing on the calm bay waters. Finish your day in awe of the most extraordinary sunsets and let yourself slip peacefully into sleep to the sound of the waves lapping gently along the beach.

The cedar shake Cape Cod architecture offers the grandeur of another era. The construction is replete with the most elegant upgrades and amenities. The spacious gourmet kitchen opens fully to the cathedral living room and spacious deck for comfortable gatherings & entertaining. You can equally entertain from the first-floor game room and wet bar while grilling poolside and dining at two outdoor patios, one poolside and one bayside. Then escape to the open third-floor loft for spectacular sunset views from on high.

Waterfront luxury, elegance and seclusion, and only a short drive to historic Cape May. One mile to Cox Hall Creek WMA (Wildlife Management Area). Walking, hiking & biking trails available and great for birdwatching.

Other Things to Note:

*The minimum stay is 7 nights. We rent by the week from Saturday check-in at 4pm to Saturday check-out at 10am. No exceptions due to extensive housekeeping services. That allows us to schedule our guests in a regular fashion.

*The house is a non-smoking, no pets, and no-party environment.

*What's Included:
The rental includes beach/pool towels, beach chairs, and beach umbrellas. Beach cooler. Propane-gas Weber Grill with utensils.

Full-service kitchen with pots, pans, bakeware, glassware, cooking utensils, blender, rice maker, plates, and silverware. Dish soap, dishwasher soap, countertop cleaner, dish towels, oven mitts, sponges, paper towels, and garbage bags. Keurig coffee maker and a drip coffee maker. Kitchenette and bar on first level.

Master bath has a tub and a walk-in shower. Other baths have shower only. Toilet paper, tissues, and hand soap included. Outside shower by pool.

Washer/Dryer with iron and board.

Great stay!

We had a great stay at this beautiful home. The house was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The highlight for us was teh stunning sunset views, absolutely breath taking.The pool was another major plus-private and a great spot to unwind. The location was quiet and peaceful but still just a short drive to Cape May's restaurants and shops. Overall, this was a wonderful place to stay. We would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.

Villas delight!

The home and the grounds were delightful! All of our guests were very impressed with the pool area, gorgeous home and ocean view! The owners, Gail and Tony were very responsive to any of our needs! Awesome stay!!

A great retreat

Very nice location and home. We felt welcomed and well cared for. It was great having coffee in the morning while watching the sea and enjoying the sunsets in the evening from the many decks. Fantastic place to take walks along the beach. Beds were comfortable. A great stay.

Great week at the Beach

This was our second stay at this comfortable house. Can't beat the peaceful pool area and easy access to the beach. Owners are easy to reach if anything is needed. Wonderful week with our family!

2021 FAMILY VACATION

Great house, worked perfectly for my family of 9. Location was ideal, the kids went from the pool to the beach - back and forth all day. The sunsets at night were outstanding off the balcony. Owner lived next door but we never saw her, she was delightful and went out of her way to make it one of the best family vacations.

Fabulous Stay On The Jersey Shore

We had a wonderful family vacation on the Jersey Shore. It's tough to find a property that is both on the beach and has a pool, and this property has both! Clean, comfortable, nicely furnished, and in a nice quiet neighborhood. Amazing sunsets and a nice feeling of safety and privacy. Our 3 weeks of great weather was an added bonus. Highly recommended!

Wonderful vacation with family

This was a perfect place to stay for our family reunion. We enjoyed the pool, jacuzzi and long walkable beach. The house is beautifully decorated and stocked with essentials. Each bedroom was an ensuite and very comfortable. We were able to fit 4 cars in the driveway. We ate breakfast each day on the outside table facing the bay and dinner on the large outside table by the pool. The home is surprisingly quiet even if the winds are howling. I would certainly go back again.

Fishing Tournament

We were in town for a Fishing tournament, and I brought the whole extended family. The house is in a great location with beautiful sunsets. The pool and hot tub were a great addition to the house. We had 8 people for the week and there was plenty of room for everyone to spread out and enjoy the space. Overall, we had a great stay and enjoyed the property!!

A Week of Celebrations

Our family enjoyed a week of celebrating momentous occasions in Gail's lovely home in such a special & tranquil setting on the bay... From morning until night, Mother Nature put on quite the show... Loved watching the dolphins frolic in the morning & cherished the stunning sunsets followed by spectacular stars & constellations in the night sky... Cape May Dream House

What an amazing week! This home exceeded our expectations. We spend most vacations in the Hamptons and this was our first on the Jersey shore. We are now spoiled. The home is a stone’s throw from the Delaware Bay, an easy drive to the Atlantic, and close to shopping and restaurants. The kitchen and living spaces are on the second floor, ideal for a beach home with a view. There are 3 bedrooms and baths on the 1st floor, patio access to the pool, a terrace overlooking a natural garden and bay, and a spacious lounge with a full bar. French doors on the second floor, a bright and airy living space with 2 living rooms and a dining room, offer spectacular bay views. The kitchen is stocked and spacious. The upper deck has comfortable loungers, chairs and umbrellas to allow using the space throughout the day. The large upstairs master suite has a King bed, dressing room and walk-in shower and separate deck access The cozy 3rd floor loft offers additional sleeping and deck access. There is a beautifully landscaped pool with an inground Jacuzzi. There is ample seating for both sun and shade, an outdoor umbrella table, a gas grill, and a discreet outdoor shower on the side of the house. The hosts, Gail and John, were gracious, knowledgeable, and accommodating. The house is impeccable and beautifully maintained. If this house were for sale I would buy it. I’m hesitant to write a glowing review as this will encourage other people to compete for the best VRBO experience we’ve ever had.

Peace and quiet nestled between the beach in the back and pool in the front of this lovely home. Loved every moment there. Watching the sunset on the decks over the bay as well as the lightning storm was wonderful. Owner was very responsive and took care of any questions and needs very quickly. Perfect family vacation!

50th Anniversary Family Celebration

The house was even more beautiful than the pictures in the listing. We had decks on three levels facing the water and we spent hours on them (sunsets were especially great). The main level with open kitchen, dining room, and large living room was a great gathering space for our family of 7. We had a great time in the very large swimming pool. We enjoyed the local restaurants (Olive branch and Fish and Fancy) and Cape May was a short drive away. It was a wonderful place to celebrate our 50th anniversary.

Idyllic Family Beach Vacation

We stayed as a family of four with more than enough room to spread out. The location could not be better, gorgeous sunset views and only a few mere steps from the quiet beach. The house is a show-stopper with beautiful furnishings, comfortable lounge pieces on the balcony overlooking the beach, and a relaxing in-ground pool. Gail and her son were very responsive to all of our needs and were great hosts.

Cape May- Villas Family Reunion

Home and location were lovely …right on the water, breathtaking sunsets, private etc however the home was in need of some TLC (pool lights, jacuzzi, some outlets, locks didn’t work and some water stains in the ceiling). Our issue with the refrigerator was swiftly dealt with. Three generations were comfortable in the house. Parking was very tight- good for 2 cars only…rest was street parking which was limited.

Grea vacation outside of cape may proper

This home is beautiful, comfortable, and in a quiet location directly on the bay. A perfect spot for families with young children. It also has an amazing in ground pool we used more than the beach. Any minor issues were addressed by the owner immediately. Would definitely stay there again

Terrific week spent at this impressive home

Our party of 8 family members (3 generations) spent a totally enjoyable week in Villas NJ, near Cape May. The location, directly on the bay, the pool and the spacious house delivered the total package. There were spaces to be together or quiet places to be off by yourself, both inside and out. The deck at sunset was the true star. After a day spent exploring the area, walking the beach or swimming in the large pool it was time to gather with the family w a cool drink and some apps to watch mother nature's show. Each one a bit different than the day before. The nightly price to rent is high but at the end of the day it was completely worth it. I would love to stay here again in the future. The owner, Gail was very helpful.

Nice week

The property was beautiful and as expected. The owner was lovely. We did have a bathroom that had not been cleaned thoroughly prior to check in, and a difficult ant problem in the kitchen. However, overall it was an enjoyable stay. The weather was perfect.

A Hidden Gem

Truly a hidden treasure. This property was everything we were looking for in a quiet and safe vacation spot during the pandemic. Tucked away on a quiet street directly in front of the bay. Stunning views of the water and sunsets. Long stretch of quiet beach literally steps from the house. A gorgeous private pool. Plenty of deck options with direct water views. The house provides a large space for family to spread out if they want some quiet time. We rarely needed or wanted to leave the house during our week there. If you are looking for more activity though, Cape May is just minutes away. Perfect quiet getaway spot!
