"Not What I Expected: Poor Quality and Maintenance"

Communication pretty slow on replies. Luxurious description a stretch of the imagination . Holes n wall, floor tiles broken , stained towels, bed linen scrunched up in wardrobe. Microwave not working , this was replaced quickly. Windows /patio doors extremely dirty on the outside , rugs, couch all have stains. Bed was comfortable, bathroom adequate . Apartment needs attention , not sure how often it’s used but apparent that it’s not throughly checked before visitors arrive.

All the communication responses were replied to straight away without any delays. The damages that is being listed were done by the previous guest and we were in between bookings and all those damages take time to repair. We were in the middle of fixing those damages when you booked the apartment and dint want to lose on hosting because of the damages caused by the previous guests. Unfortunately, not everyone looks after others property like their own. Extra linen was stored inside the wardrobe because the cleaner needs to change sheets and linen after every checkout. Microwave not working- when you brought it to our attention we looked after you and brought you a new microwave straight away. You booked the apartment for 16 nights, stains on couch or other areas doesnt make the apartment unliveable.
