Locke Mountain Townhouse F-4 is a spacious and well-appointed 4-bedroom, 4-bath slopeside retreat at Sunday River, offering true ski-in/ski-out access. Step directly off the trails into the basement, where you'll find convenient gear storage, a second living area, a bedroom, a full bath, and an in-unit washer and dryer.

The main level features a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, and a cozy living room with a fireplace. A mudroom provides additional storage for gear, and this level also includes a bedroom and a full bath. Step out onto the deck to enjoy stunning views of the trails.

Upstairs, the primary suite boasts a private bath, while another bedroom, a loft office area, and an additional full bath complete the upper level.

Guests also have access to the exclusive Locke Mountain community amenities, including a heated outdoor saline pool, hot tub, fire pit, indoor sauna, changing rooms, and a lounge with a fireplace, games, and a TV.

During the warmer months, enjoy nearby activities such as golfing at Sunday River Golf Club, hiking to Frenchman’s swimming hole, mountain biking on scenic trails, or exploring local crafts and produce at the Bethel farmers’ market.
