Great location for families with young kids! Lots of books and toys there already. 2 blocks from Victoria park with a great playground and splash pad. It was nice to be such a short walk to downtown. Outdoor space was great and safely fenced. We had lots of space and really enjoyed the house!

My partner and I visited the Newgate Estate for our anniversary, and it was a time we will never forget! The house was perfect. It was spacious, clean, and in a perfect location to walk to the town centre or head over to the beach. We were on the hunt for a pet-friendly rental to bring our dog, and this was the ideal house to have him tag along! The fenced backyard was perfect, he spent so much time out there exploring all the new smells and playing fetch. I would recommend this house to anyone visiting Goderich, and I would absolutely book this rental again on our next getaway!
