As night falls, retreat to one of four peaceful bedrooms designed with comfort and privacy in mind. Wake to waterfront serenity in the primary suite, featuring a king bed, direct patio access, and peaceful canal views. Two additional bedrooms each offer a queen bed and calming light-filled spaces, while a fourth bedroom includes another king bed and dual-aspect windows. Freshen up in two stylish bathrooms—one with a walk-in rain shower and dual vanity, the other with a deep soaking tub and separate shower. Keep your wardrobe fresh with a private washer and dryer.

Catch up on work or plan the next day’s adventures at the quiet study nook, complete with a desk and swivel chair. Experience year-round comfort with ducted air conditioning and ceiling fans throughout. Enjoy the convenience of ample parking on the driveway. Please note that the garage is not available for guest use, and the home is not fully fenced. Children’s toys are available to keep your kids entertained. You are welcome to bring your own boat or jet ski and park right out front.

School Leavers: We do not accept any school leavers bookings at any time of the year.

Exclusive Escapes wishes you an enjoyable vacation but we also ask for you to show consideration to the neighbours with respect to noise, especially after the hours of 10pm. This house is situated in a quiet residential area. Please be aware that outdoor music is not permitted at any time of day, and that loud or noisy gatherings will not be tolerated with respect to the neighbouring properties.

Council regulations allow holiday homes to be rented for accommodation purposes only and not as a function venue e.g. for a party or wedding. Functions and gatherings are not permitted and, if evidenced will be closed down immediately.

Please be aware that noise complaints are a breach of our terms and conditions and may result in forfeit of your bond and / or possible immediate eviction from the property.
