Bedrooms.
The house features four bedrooms:
- Master suite: Features a king bed, walk-in robe, ensuite and spa bath.
- Second master: Features a queen bed, private living area and ensuite.
- Queen rooms 1 and 2: Both feature a queen bed and walk-in robe.

Two roll-away beds are available upon request, allowing you to sleep up to 10. If requested, these will be setup in second master living space.

Living, dining and kitchen.
The ground floor features a spacious open-plan layout where the well-equipped kitchen seamlessly connects to the living and dining areas. This thoughtfully designed space extends to a sheltered outdoor area, creating a perfect flow for both indoor and outdoor living.

Outdoor space.
The property boasts a private oceanfront yard. A spacious covered dining area provides the perfect setting for outdoor meals, complete with a wood-fired pizza oven. Through a private gate at the yard's edge, you'll enjoy direct beach access just steps from your door.

Turn off the lights
Lock the front door and leave the keys and garage remote on the hook in the kitchen.
Take out any rubbish to the bins which are located on the corner of the lane as you approach the property.
Leave all used/wet bath towels in the laundry room.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
When using pool, gym, tennis courts and other facilities provided by the neighbouring resort, guests must adhere to any rules set by Club Wyndham.
Please respect the area and our neighbours by adhering to the quiet hours between 11PM and 7AM.
- For security purposes, two external cameras installed. - The yard lawn is maintained by fortnightly, typically on a Wednesday morning.

Absolutely wonderful property. We stayed a fortnight during stormy cold winter and were warm and so comfortable. The kitchen is a delight to cook in, and we even managed to use the undercover barbie a couple of times. The short walk to the beach and being able to use the Resort's pool, spa and gym facilities were greatly appreciated. Will definitely be staying here again.

Great family house, beach front.

Great house with a perfect set up for multiple families. Bedrooms are huge, two bath tubs, a pizza oven and BBQ, laundry facilities etc. Has everything you need by byo oil, salt and pepper etc. The resort isn't amazing, but the location is right on the beach so that's nice! Don't recommend the restaurant at the resort but there are plenty of others close by.

A group of nine of us stayed at the property together over the weekend and had a lovely time. The house was beautiful and spacious - there was more than enough space for everyone to be comfortable, both for sleeping and hanging out. The location was excellent - the house is a very short walk to the beach right in front of it where the water was calm the entire time we were there. There is also a bike path between the house and beach if you had bikes to explore the surrounding area! The property was also only a 10-15 minute drive away from shops and even closer to some wineries in the area - Flametree is literally across the road, which is lovely to have a picnic at. 10/10 would recommend for a big group looking for their next holiday in the area!

Lovely area lots to do for adults & children there was no need to leave the area as everything we required was located in the one spot. Beautiful house has everything you need and the beach, pools & other facilities are just what you need to have a great holiday with the family
