Broadwater Bliss- Exclusive Escapes

This resort-style home is located a stone's throw from the beautiful beach of fine white sand and calm tranquil waters of Geographe Bay.

The property is well laid out to cater for several couples with children, with four air-conditioned bedrooms, all with their own en-suite. The first three bedrooms are located on the first floor all of which are beautifully furnished and boast comfortable queen-sized beds, televisions, and air conditioning. The fourth huge bedroom is situated on the second floor and houses two tri-bunks, TV, and bean bags which makes the perfect kids retreat.

The main living area on the ground floor oozes character with its lightly coloured timber floors, new comfortable furniture and 55inch LED TV, and beautiful artwork. The kitchen is located to the front of the living area and is fully equipped with a gas cooktop, electric oven, coffee machine, and most other items that you will need to enjoy preparing your family meal. When the meal is ready, you can then choose to dine on the beautiful indoor setting or the 10 place setting outside.  Please note: there is a fireplace in the main living area but it is not functioning. All heating is supplied by air conditioners.

Being right next to the Sebel resort, you have the option to enjoy many of their facilities free of charge, which includes a heated indoor pool, and beautiful outdoor pool, tennis courts and a great games room for the kids. Please bring your own pool towels, these are not provided by the resort.

Tonic Restaurant is located less than a five-minute walk along the beach path and boasts some of the best food and service in the area.

Please note there is a garage at the property that can accommodate 2 cars. Any other cars or vehicles will need to be parked in guest parking at the resort. Access to the property is through the resort's main entrance at reception and please note that there is only space enough for two cars at the property, although there is more parking available off-site close by.

Linen is optional at this property & can be ordered by contacting our bookings team at any time by phone, email, in-App messaging, or on our website during the checkout phase of booking. The linen pack includes the bed made with top & bottom sheets, pillows cases, bathroom towel(s), bathmat, hand and face towel(s). K, Q or D $65, S $35, Twin Bunk $70, Tri Bunk $90. If you do not wish to purchase the linen package, you will need to bring the above.

This property is self-catering, however a starter pack of toilet paper, hand soaps, dishwasher tablets, dishwashing liquid, sponge & bin bags is provided.

School Leavers: We do not accept any school leavers bookings at any time of the year.

Exclusive Escapes wishes you an enjoyable vacation but we also ask for you to show consideration to the neighbours with respect to noise, especially after the hours of 10pm.

Council regulations allow holiday homes to be rented for accommodation purposes only and not as a function venue e.g. for a party or wedding. Functions and gatherings are not permitted and, if evidenced will be closed down immediately.
Please be aware that noise complaints are a breach of our terms and conditions and may result in forfeit of your bond and / or possible immediate eviction from the property.
