Property was in excellent condition, however, there was quite a bit of sand on the floors when we arrived. We vacuumed the entire apartment upon arrival. The only negative was that the storage locker was on the Mezzanine level which we found to be a bit inconvenient based on the amount of beach supplies that was needed to bring to the beach. Other than those two things, the place met all other expectations and we had a great week!
