New for 2026, owners are updating all cooking, cleaning and other products for green products to reduce exposure to forever chemicals and microplastics! Gateway Grand 1611 is perfect if you are looking for a luxury Ocean City vacation property, The Gateway Grand offers it all! Residence #1611 features stunning views of the ocean and decorator furnishings. Full gourmet kitchen and dining with oceanfront views. Televisions in all bedrooms and living room have access to streaming services. Three bedrooms, and three full baths can occupy your family of up to 10 people. Bedroom 3 has a smart TV with access to streaming for Netflix, as well as a gaming system with games available. Bed sizes includes a king, a queen, a pyramid bunk with a trundle (1 full size and 2 single) and a queen sleep sofa. Enjoy the beauty and luxury of the condo and try the game room, fitness room, indoor and outdoor pools and of course the beach! This owner even supplies your sheets and towels. Outdoor table and chairs provide outdoor oceanfront dining. The storage locker contains beach chairs, umbrella, floats and toys for your convenience.
Gateway Grand requires a seven day minimum rental and rents Saturday to Saturday in season.
No pets, please. Non-Smoking building, except for designated areas.
$151 non-refundable registration/parking fee due with reservation.
Property owner does not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25.

Beautiful oceanfront unit

This place was really nice! Great location, great view, and great amenities. It included sheets and towels which was nice. It even included use of the storage locker with chairs, umbrella, toys, etc. We had a great time!

With TS Ophelia bringing rain, all 6 of us had an absolutely wonderful time.

The unit is absolutely spectacular!!! 16 floors up with a Gorgeous view!! The weather was crappy but we found plenty to still do in the area. It was always great to return to the comfortable condo and relax. The indoor pool was a bonus since outside was wet. The beds were very comfy and each having our own bathroom was a big plus!!! We will be returning to this unit in the future!!

Very nice property

Very nice property, everything in great shape. Only problem was internet was marginal. All planned on remote work and school but was not very successful. Internet couldn't handle the load and kept going in/out. Otherwise this was the perfect place.

Just beautiful!

The condominium property was clean, modern, quiet, and secure. It was located right on the beach. Very large, sturdy plastic wheeled carts helped us quickly move all of our belongings into the unit on very fast and always available elevators. The unit itself was one of the nicest and most spacious places we've ever stayed in Ocean City. All bedrooms were very comfortable, with the main (oceanfront) master bedroom being enormous, as was it's closet and bathroom. The kitchen was large, modern, fully equipped, and with a lot of counter space, such that the young adults with us easily prepared a gourmet steak dinner the first night. Lots of pantry and refrigerator space. The dining area and living room were large enough to comfortably accommodate a large birthday celebration midweek and a couple of movie nights. Full-sized laundry facilities were just off the kitchen. Roomy balcony. Ten minute drive to the inlet/boardwalk. Plenty of good restaurants within walking distance or a short drive. The only downside I can think of is that while plenty of towels were provided in all 3 bathrooms, the folded bed linens are placed on top of the beds, requiring us to make all the beds, which was difficult for us in the bunk bed room with its more limited space. It also took us a bit of trial and error to realize that the linens for the double bed (lower bunk) had been placed in the smaller master bedroom (queen bed), and vice versa. Everything else, though, was fabulous! Would stay again!

Elegant condo with lovely view

This unit was beautifully decorated, modern, updated kitchen and baths. Very clean. Building has ample parking. Having indoor storage space for beach equipment (and sharing beach equipment with renters) was a nice plus!
