Located in the heart of Rehoboth Beach this nicely decorated two level Ocean Block condominium features 1 bedroom on the main floor with a separate 3/4 bath, a sleeper sofa on the main level an ensuite bedroom on the 3rd floor featuring a full private bath and a deck directly off the bedroom overlooking a beautifully landscaped court yard. One car off street parking and one Rehoboth parking pass for permitted areas. Less than a block to the Beach, the Boardwalk and downtown Rehoboth Beach for some of the finest dining and shopping in the area. Hop the Jolly Trolly into Dewey Beach for nightlife and less than 5 miles to historic Lewes Beach.
