Cozy Condo at the Beach

2 bedroom condo half a block from the beach. Excellent location - 5 blocks from Rehoboth avenue. Ocean view from deck and windows in main bedroom.

Amenities as follows:
Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. Spacious living room with dining nook. Half bath on first floor. There is a full flight of steps to the second floor of the condo. The main bedroom has a queen size bed and direct access to full bathroom. The second bedroom has a bunk bed with 2 full size beds and a twin trundle pullout. Alternatively, the main entrance area of the condo has a den and a full size sofa bed. This condo can sleep 6 people comfortably. The condo has two parking spots (front to back). High speed internet and 3 Smart TV’s included. Coffee maker, tea kettle, blender, toaster oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with ice maker are all in the unit. Basic cookware, dishes, and utensils provided. The condo is located on the second floor of the building (Mariners Court) and there is elevator access.

Additional information:
- Cleaning Fee: $150.00 per rental.
- No Pets allowed per condo association rules, no exceptions.
- Luggage trolley available for use.
- Community pool (not heated) for use in season - Memorial Day weekend to Labor Day weekend.
- Small front loading washer and dryer in condo.
- High speed internet with 3 Smart TV's. Please note there is no cable service. You will need your own Roku, Firestick, or other streaming device to access cable tv. The TV's do have Amazon Prime, Hulu, Netflix, etc apps, available with your own log in information.
- Small deck located off living room with 4 chairs, and a table with umbrella.
- Covered parking garage under condo building with room for 2 small cars or one oversized vehicle or SUV/truck. Clearance to garage entrance is 7 feet. No roof racks, trailers, boats, campers, or RV's please. No EV charging available.
- Bed and bath linens NOT provided, but available from local linen service for a fee. If you would like to rent linens, we recommend Grand Rental. Reserve linens ahead of time by calling 302-227-7368, or online at www.227rent.com
- There are no beach chairs, umbrellas, beach toys, or beach towels provided. Please bring your own. There are beach chairs and umbrellas for rent on the beach for daily and weekly rates.

Perfect location. Steps away from the beach and the boardwalk, and on a quiet family-friendly block. Condo was clean, safe, and had plenty of space for our family. The owners left a binder with a lot of local recommendations which was very helpful. The Indian restaurant “Indigo” was phenomenal!! We would definitely stay here again.

This spot is great because the rental is up to date, well appointed, great location to all that Rehoboth Beach/Boardwalk has to offer. Definitely a repeat destination.

Great Beach Getaway
