LOCATION: Ocean block on Hickman Street—just steps to the sand and within walking distance to tax-free boutiques, restaurants, Funland, and bike rentals. Park your car and enjoy the convenience of walking everywhere, or take a short drive to the Tanger Outlets on Route 1, about five miles away.

We had a wonderful stay at Atlantic Holiday 10B!This is a smaller condo, the listing was very accurate and condo nicely equipped. My partner, our dog, and I were very comfortable there. Our only suggestion is the quirky front deadbolt lock needs attention. We hope to stay at this property again in the future.

Great place that was fully stocked with beach stuff and every kitchen item you could need. Amazing location minutes from the beach. The place was clean. We brought our own blackout curtains for the windows. The only issue is that you can hear a lot of sound from the people upstairs and beside you but not a lot to be done about that.

The apartment was just right for us, a short block to the beach. Walking distance to everything. The bedrooms are small, but the location makes up for it. The kitchen has everything and more for cooking. An added benefit is the screened porch. We loved it!

Great and relaxing getaway in Rehoboth Beach

My husband and I enjoyed spending a week at this wonderful location. We were impressed with the cleanliness of this property and well equipped kitchen. This condo has everything needed for a great stay and we were very glad that we selected it for our vacation in Rehoboth Beach. Perfect size for small family and a little one. Kitchen well equipped for cooking meals. Best part a 3 minute walk to the beach or boardwalk. You can join the hustle bustle of Rehoboth or enjoy the peaceful outskirts of town depending on your mood. No need to move your car!

I have been renting this condo for the past 8 years, 2 weeks early in the season and 2 weeks late Aug. Its my home away from home and I love it! Its well taken care of, always clean and fresh, always some new surprise in the décor when I get here. Just 1/2 block from the beach and from here you can walk everywhere, park the car and forget it! The owners are great! I highly recommend it!

The owner of the property were on the premise. They were very very nice. However, the property management company Remax was terrible, nasty and uncooperative. They were supposed to have the beds made when we arrived, this after we had words about it, my wife and I are in our 70’s. They said they would make sure the beds were made and they weren’t.

The property was well stocked. When we arrived, the pump on the front door was broken and I reported this. Today, I got a notice that our our Insurance would cover this. No way! It was broken when we got there. This has left a bad taste in my mouth.
