This spacious four-bedroom home features a private jetty, huge covered waterfront deck, two living areas, fast WiFi and parking for cars, a trailer or caravan. Guests have private use of the house, waterfront deck, yard and jetty. The garage is not available.

Check-in details are sent before arrival once the booking holder completes a brief identification and payment-card verification. This is similar to a hotel check-in process and helps us protect our guests, owners and properties.


The heart of the home is the large covered alfresco overlooking the canal. It is designed for easy outdoor living, with a barbecue, dining area, comfortable seating and café blinds for additional weather protection.

The private jetty provides direct canal access for fishing, crabbing, kayaking and boating. Guests bringing a boat will appreciate the available trailer parking and secure off-street space at the front of the property.

Inside, the home offers open-plan living and dining, air-conditioning, fast WiFi and two separate television areas. The second lounge is particularly useful for children and teenagers, or for groups wanting additional room to spread out.

Professionally laundered linen, comfortable bedding and a well-equipped kitchen make the home suitable for both short breaks and longer stays.

From Perth: Approximately 1 hour (85 km) via Kwinana Freeway (State Route 2) and Pinjarra Road.
From Mandurah: A short 20-minute drive (18 km) via Pinjarra Road.
From Pinjarra: Only 10 minutes (10 km) via Pinjarra Road.

From Perth: Take the Mandurah Line train to Mandurah Station (50 minutes), then catch a taxi, Uber, or car hire to South Yunderup (20 minutes).
From Mandurah: Bus services are limited, so a taxi, Uber, or car hire is recommended.

Kayaks are provided for optional guest use. Guests are responsible for assessing their own ability, the condition of the equipment and prevailing water and weather conditions before use. Use is at the guest’s own risk, and children must be actively supervised at all times.

As with any waterfront home, local wildlife, birds and insects may occasionally be present. Keep an eye out for dolphins, swans, pelicans and other local birdlife enjoying the canals.

Please be aware that noise carries easily along the canals, so we ask guests to keep outdoor noise at a respectful level.

As this is a waterfront property, children and pets must be actively supervised around the deck, jetty and canal at all times. Some gaps around the deck and fencing may not be suitable for very small dogs or dogs prone to escaping.

If you plan to bring a boat or Jet Ski, please let us know before booking and include the type and size of your watercraft. This allows us to confirm jetty and parking suitability before your stay.

The garage is not available to guests. Off-street parking is available, including space suitable for a boat trailer or caravan.

CHECK-IN

After booking you will be required to complete the following at least 24 hours before arrival to receive your check-in instructions:

1️⃣ ID Verification – Upload a valid physical photo ID, such as a passport or driver’s licence, via Safeguest. Digital IDs are not accepted.

2️⃣ Refundable Security Hold – A refundable security hold is required before arrival and is released after check-out once the property has been checked, provided no damage or additional costs are reported.

Bookings must be made under the traveller’s name. Companies are welcome to book, but the reservation must be made under the name of the guest staying at the property.

PLEASE NOTE: If these steps are not completed in time, check-in instructions will not be provided.

Pet policy

Dogs are permitted with prior approval and subject to the applicable pet fee. Please let us know about your dog before booking so we can confirm the property is suitable.

Cats and other animals cannot be accommodated.

This property operates under a firm cancellation policy. We recommend guests take travel insurance.

Starter supplies are provided for your arrival. Guests staying longer may wish to purchase additional household supplies locally.

Exterior security cameras and a noise-monitoring device operate at the property. There are no monitoring devices inside the home.
