This property is a 2 Bedroom, 2 1/2 Bath directly on Siesta Key Beach. This is a single family private home.



Renovated in 2008, this spacious 2 Bedroom homes offers 2200 sq feet of living space on 2 floors. Features a large living room with surround sound stereo and Fios TV always with MLB baseball package for avid baseball fans. A large balcony off the main floor with dual sitting areas overlooking the beach and gulf. Nice modern kitchen, washer dryer area and 1/2 bath are all located on the first floor.



The Master Bedroom is exceptionally large with a side reading/reading sitting room that has a pull out twin bed as well. A private balcony makes the mornings very quiet and secluded for our guests. The Master bath offers a large double shower area for two with Travertine tile.



We also have other great Siesta Key properties if this one is not available.



It is located about a 3 minute walk to Siesta Key Village (1000 feet) which is where all the shops, restaurants and bars are located.

It is 10 miles to SRQ airport, an hour drive to St Pete Airport and an hour and 15min drive to Tampa Airport.

Orlando is 2 hours North, Tampa/St.Pete 1 hour North, Miami 3 Hours south.



Sunny beaches with crystal-white, powdery sand that stretch for miles. Shops from the chic and elegant to the hip and funky, with all sorts of fashion, beach accessories and souvenirs. Restaurants where you can go to grab a quick breakfast or lunch in your flip-flops and sandy toes, or to relax in style over an extraordinary dinner.

Balmy breezes. Dolphins and manatees. Pelicans, egrets, osprey, seagulls and a variety of shorebirds. Walk the beach or stretch out in the sun. Play a game of tennis or volleyball, ride a bike, fly a kite…whatever you want to do. Our tropical climate makes every sort of outdoor activity available and enjoyable nearly year-round.

Great property right on the beach and close to the village in Siesta Key. It is about a 3 block walk to the center of restaurants and bars on the north end. Check in was simple and the property owner was very responsive to any issue that came up during our stay.

Property was wonderful and Ron was amazing to communicate with. It was clean and beautiful and spacious perfect for our vacation. I would recommend this house for a couples or families. It really is a gem on the water. The views are breathtaking and the Host couldn’t be any better.

Ron was a pleasure to work with. After our normal rental that we had been returning to for years stopped accepting guests, we found Ron's property listing. We were very pleased to find the location so close to Siesta Village, close to all the shopping and food. The inside layout was excellent for my family and spacious, considering 4 of us are 6ft tall or taller. The views out to the Gulf were fantastic from all angles inside and from the balconies. The beach equipment for guest use was perfect for our needs. This may have become a new property for us come back to routinely.

Terrific location ... great views, short walk to the beach and village and an easy drive to the airport in Sarasota. The house is so clean and they provide all the amenities you really don't want to pack. They made going to the beach each day a breeze by providing umbrellas, beach towels, chairs and a small cooler. We hope to return again soon.

Perfect location & beautiful home with stunning views of the beach from nearly every room! We have stayed at a lot of places on Siesta Key and this was by far the best place. The village, restaurant, shops are all right around the corner - close enough to walk to. Ron was wonderful to communicate with and super helpful. Would recommend and stay again!

Location!!

Amazing time!!!

We had a wonderful time! Very clean, well equipped, views are even better in person, loved watching the rabbits, turtles, coffee, and yoga with a view. Walks on the beach, and so close to everything. Highly recommend!!!

We had an absolutely beautiful stay! Ron was incredibly helpful and communicative throughout our visit. The views were truly 10 out of 10—breathtaking from every angle. Even when you’re not looking directly at the beach, the stunning scenery is reflected all around the house. The home itself was immaculate, and its proximity to the village made it so easy to enjoy the wonderful restaurants and charming shops nearby. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and will definitely return!
