Wonderful property

This is a fabulous house. We hope to return the next time we’re back in Indy. Super spacious, clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated. We didn’t want to leave.

Very nice house!!

No complaints about this home. The nicest vrbo we’ve stayed in. Amy was very quick to respond to any needs or questions. House was fully stocked with pots/ pans/ Tupperware/ for the 8 people who we had in the house for overnight. We had a family reunion at the house Friday eve and Saturday & the house was great for watching football games on tv in great room and basement. We catered food so didn’t cook much but plenty of counter space for snacks/ drinks. Beds we’re very comfortable. And outdoor table & chairs on deck were handy for visiting. We didnt use grill but I think it would have been okay - it looked pretty good & propane. Coffee maker was great and very nice dishwasher and fridge/ freezer. The only thing I didn’t see beforehand was the jack & hill bathroom upstairs, so 2 bedrooms share a big bathroom with pocket doors- but it worked out fine. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Home Sweet Visit

I am a native of Indianapolis, so I visit family pretty frequently. I have always stayed in hotels; however, this time I opted for a house. I wanted my mother and brother to stay with me so I needed the space. I completely underestimated the size of this house. There was plenty of space. It was super clean. The kitchen was fully stocked. The location was private, and close enough to entertainment that you wouldn't be going out of your way. The beds were amazingly comfortable. I honeslty don't think the pictures do it justice. Amy was an amazing host. She's kind and responsive.

This home was purchased in 2013 and was only 1400 sq ft, falling apart, & in need of a lot of love. I purchased this home for the land & location. Over the course of 4 years & much experience, I have turned the home into what it is today. It was a labor of love and so happy to share it with you to create memories, laughter, & connection.
