This beautifully customized three-story bayfront home is located 30 feet from the bay in the fabulous Pointe West Resort with the best wade fishing and crabbing in Galveston! Your family and friends are going to love all the amazing amenities this custom three-story home offers, such as an elevator that accesses the ground floor and both living levels of the home, the wet bar in the living room, and the outdoor shower.

Inside, you'll find a fully-equipped chef's kitchen with a 5-burner gas range and a center island with a microwave. Serve up tonight's culinary masterpiece at the breakfast bar or over the handsome dining table. The spacious living area is the perfect place to enjoy a family game night or a movie marathon on the large cable TV. This home has five bedrooms with five full-size attached baths, plus a powder room. The main living areas, kitchen, powder room and a primary bedroom are on the third floor. The remaining four bedrooms, including a second suite and bunk room are on the second floor. The oversized balconies on the second and third floors have gorgeous views of the bay, inlet, surf, and ponds. Enjoy the sunset each evening from the rear deck with seating for 14 and a spectacular sunrise with your morning coffee from the second-floor front balcony and third-floor Crow’s Nest.

This home is located on the west end of Galveston in the Pointe West Resort overlooking the beach. The bayside pool areas feature a large infinity-edge pool, a hot tub, a children's pool, a lazy river pool, a game room, a fitness facility, and all kinds of organized resort activities. Take a leisurely walk along the groomed Pointe West beach or rent a golf cart to discover the private beach, where you can relax on the sand or hike the numerous nature trails. Plan a day trip to take the family out to Moody Gardens, Schlitterbahn, or Pleasure Pier, just 20 miles from your front door.

THINGS TO KNOW
Beach Club bands will be $25 per guest over three years old to access all amenities. This fee is charged by the POA of Pointe West and is payable at the Beach Club.
Due to local rules and regulations, there are certain restrictions around the pool occupancy and times of use. No reservations are required, but occupancy is limited to a first come, first serve basis up to 50% occupancy. Specific information will be provided after you book.
The on-site Pointe Restaurant has reopened. Currently it is open Thursday – Sunday and starting 5/1/25 it will be open Tuesday – Sunday.
The elevator accesses the ground floor and both living levels of the home.
Beginning August 1st, guests will be required to pay $25.00 for use of the game room. $20.00 will go toward the refundable deposit, and $5.00 will go to the POA for replacing any destroyed items.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
