Propery is an independent separate part of the house with its own access and privacy. Host lives in the front portion of the house to welcome you. situated at 2 minutes walk to Munmorah Lake. 3 minutes drive to Budgewoi beach. One minute drive to local shops. Free bikes and Kayak and Golf bag to enjoy your holidays. 10 minutes drive to Wyrrabalong National Park. 15 minutes drive to The Entrance.

The location was great. And well detailed in the summary. Wonderful walking, handy stores and restaurants, very nice setting near lake and ocean. The property was clean and with good indoor space And very nice outdoor space for good weather or bad. Pretty side and backyard and very nice covered patio.
