The house was equipped with everything we needed for our group of 8, and more. It is in a great location, a short walk to the beach, the lake shore, or the pub and cafe. We really enjoyed our time there.

Great family home!

Great family property for both kids and dogs. A safe, fully enclosed back yard and a bright and airy home with 2 living areas and 2 bathrooms. Really enjoyed our stay, in spite of the wet weather!

This property is in a great location and has a lovely backyard with a bbq. My family had a great stay over the weekend, too bad it was raining as it is only a short walk to the beach

Relaxing stay

My family and I stayed at the Budgewoi Blue Beach House and it was such a nice and relaxing experience. Michael’s place was so spacious and had almost everything you need! The backyard was large and definitely children and dog friendly as it was secured. No issues during our and only wish we could have stayed longer.

Beautiful house and great location

A lovely house to spend our holidays. Lots of room to relax and good facilities such as a great kitchen, newly renovated bathrooms and big screen tv downstairs for movie nights. Thoroughly enjoyed hearing the ocean and feeling the ocean breezes in the afternoons on the front verandah. Thanks for sharing this great house.

Great location. Fabulous house. Close to beach, food and pub

My family had a great time relaxing. The books kept us busy when it rained. The dog loved the backyard. Gorgeous plants giving it a feel of being secluded. Thank you for a great break away. Back in April ..

Family birthday

What a great property! It’s huge so plenty of room for people to get together but also to have their own space. Balcony & deck gives outside space in most weathers. Also a perfect place for pets as totally fenced, good garden & very near dog friendly beach. Owner very good communication.

The house had ample space for a group of 8. Kitchenette downstairs near backyard was handy when spending time outdoors. Dishwashers in both kitchen and kitchenette. Aircon downstairs meant there was always somewhere cool to go. Only downside was there wasn’t aircon upstairs, but this was a minor issue. We opened windows to let the seabreeze in. Location was so close to the beach, access was just down the road. House being Pet friendly was a bonus and extremely secure for family members dog.

Great for families

We have 2 little dogs, so it’s important that they are safe to roam in the yard, I can’t watch them all of the time. I’ve had places overgrown with spiders etc.. but this yard was great and the house was just as great. Spacious for a big family. Walk to the beach. I will be staying there again for sure

The house is lovely, well equipped with plenty of space, the location is excellent easy walk to lake, beach and local coffee shop and restaurants. Michael is a fantastic property manager, easy to deal with and extremely responsive and helpful. Would highly recommend this property - we will be back!!

Very relaxing

We stayed for a week during the school holidays. The house is close to the beach and the lake, situated on a quiet street. It was very clean with fresh flowers in the vases, fully equipped kitchen, crisp bed linen and towels. Fenced backyard for our cavoodle was a special bonus. Communication with Michael was very prompt and easy. Thank you and all the best.

Awesome

We were two families and it was such a good stay. We will have to come back next time. The kids and the dog had tons of fun in the backyard. The place was clean and tidy. The check-in process was quick and easy. The host, Michael provided us with all the details. There are nice dog friendly cafes and beaches at a short walk. Spade park is close too and it gives you a nice view to the lake. I highly recommend Thai stay if you want to stay close to the beach.

Budgewoi Blue Beach House 5 night stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our 5 night stay at the house! The layout of the house was great, multiple living spaces, indoor and outdoor eating areas. It was nicely decorated and was well stocked with everything you could need - washing machine, dryer, 2 x dishwashers, vacuum cleaner, iron, hair dryer, dishwashing tablets, paper towel etc. Our kids and our small dog loved the fully enclosed backyard. It’s just across the road from a bush track/boardwalk to the beach and only 10 minutes to Norah Head rock pool. Plenty of great places to eat nearby. Michael’s communication was great! Would definitely stay again!

Relaxing family holiday

This lovely house is huge! Enough room for all the family and even your dogs. Very well equipped with everything you could possibly need. 4 double bedrooms and two living areas plus a study. My son was studying for exams and used it alot. Foxtel, wifi, and much more! It did get a tad hot due to the extreme weather conditions for October. Dogs loved the balcony and flat backyard. Worth a visit!
