The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Basic sweeping and mopping of the house making sure there is no sand on the floor or any other surface.
Please place the trash in the blue bins under the house and push those blue bins to the edge of the street making sure that the opening of the lid is facing the street.
Kindly place all used towels and bed sheets on top of the washing machine.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Special events such as Prom, Homecoming, Graduations, Weddings, Corporate Events, etc. must have prior approval from the owner directly. 2817328800
