This is a beautiful property, centrally located, steps from the beach. Some minor issues that the host addressed immediately, honestly not even worth reporting here because everything else was absolutely amazing! Highly recommend.

This was a last minute getaway with my kids before school started. The home was absolutely beautiful and so close to the seawall. The fenced in yard was great for my pup. The gates didn’t shut completely but I made it work. Rooms were spacious and the home had many amenities and upgrades. Only downside was the AC wasn’t working properly which they attempted to fix prior to my arrival. We cut our trip short because it wouldn’t cool enough and my hot flashes couldn’t handle it another night lol. Otherwise great stay.

While we installed a brand new unit before your arrival- it seems that there was a setting on the thermostat that was adjusted that we were unaware of. This was causing the problem. It has since been resolved. We are happy to hear you enjoyed the home, the yard, and the amenities otherwise.

The house was perfect for us! It was clean and well maintained. It was perfect for walking our 4 yo to the beach and stopping at the pleasure pier a little further down the beach. Will likely stay at the same place if we visit again.

Nice fenced yard for pets, but being the house was up on cinder blocks our small dog could go under the house and get out to the front.Bathtubs were very slippery to get in and out of and nothing to hold onto.Maybe add a small lamp in bedroom instead of just having the ceiling light.Was given wrong code to get in and couldn’t get the door locked when leaving.Kitchen was well equipped. Overall, house was nice.

Great location to the beach!Needs better pest control services. Seen a lot of ants and water bugs/roaches. Upstairs had a strong dog pee smell. We’re not dog owners so we definitely wouldn’t stay in another dog friendly spot. Downstairs no issue with smell at all. Nice backyard area. Host was very responsive and helpful. We had some Amazon packages that never got delivered to the correct address. Be weary of you plan to have anything delivered, the delivery driver might have issues finding the address. It was a great touch to have beach chairs and a wagon already there.

We enjoyed our stay and the easy walk to the beach. Host was very responsive to an issue with the TV during a packed week of championship games. Our 45 & 60 lb Labs escaped the backyard a couple times for beefing with the neighbor dog. There are dog tie-outs available. There are 2 private parking spots behind the backyard for vehicle unloading. Kitchen items are minimal so we were running the dishwasher daily. We donated pot holders and some plastic storage containers. The grill is charcoal so plan your meals accordingly. The provided beach wagon & 4 chairs were useful. It would be great to get some clothes hangers in the closets. Thank You!
