Everything was perfect. The hosts are incredible and incredibly accommodating. The town of Pella is only 15 minutes away and is the perfect little get away. Highly recommend for the hot tub alone!

Beautiful property. The house is so well designed and comfortable. We really enjoyed the fire pit and hot tub. The location is wonderful…peaceful and quiet. It’s also close to Pella and Knoxville. We were able to bike the Volksweg trail at Lake Red Rock. The trail has beautiful views and is exceptionally maintained. The host was absolutely wonderful! We will be back!

Nice brand new build. Outside plain but nice. Inside very nicely decorated and lay out great for family. Plenty of supplies. Hot tub bonus. The gravel road made the vehicle very dusty but thats what car wash is for. Close to fishing spots at the red rock dam.

Clean, nice house

My kids and their families (4 adults, 6 kids) stayed during Tulip Time. Everything was very good. The only suggestions they had were more towels for the hot tub and the mattresses could be upgraded. Great place to have family gatherings.

Great location, beautifully decorated, very functional

The beautiful, new construction cabin had everything we needed for the weekend. The rooms are spacious and the kitchen was perfect. The hot tub was a nice spot to have coffee in the morning and relax after a day of sightseeing. Located in a quiet neighborhood. Pella was a short 15 minute drive away, the lakes’ dam visitors center and public beach area are about 5 minutes away, and Knoxville is also just a short drive as well.

The house was very clean and comfortable. Not as private as I would have liked. It was a little too close to the road. I would recommend a screen wall at the front of the deck that would provide some privacy to the deck and hot tub.

Cute Getaway Place

House was beautiful, lovely decor and furniture. Deck was well appointed with hot tub, grill, patio set. Would have liked just slightly more privacy, side deck was visible from road so passersby could see us hanging out in the hot tub, a privacy screen to the roadside would be an excellent addition. Otherwise, private back area to woods which was nice.

Overall we enjoyed our stay. The place was nice and the host was very responsive. A few things kept this from being 5 star was that we requested an early check in and they were still cleaning the place when we got there so we had to wait an additional hour to check in. The host did offer to venmo us for coffee while we waited. The bath mats were also not clean. We could tell the previous people that stayed had a dog as the bath mats were covered with white pet hair. Other than that, we appreciated the host’s responsiveness and the outdoor amenities (hot tub, firepit and patio).

Clean, quiet, and a good time!

Google maps is unable to navigate to the property properly. All the amenities where very nice for our group. We played poker, had a fire, used the hottub, and cooked meals. In the kitchen, it would be nice to have a bit more serving spoons, a strainer, and a whisk. We left some no perishables such as smores makings. We really enjoyed our stay! Thank you!

Great hot tub, kitchen and beds. Proximity to Lake Red Rock and biking and hiking trails makes it a great getaway. View of ravine is nice with a surprising variety of wildlife (squirrels, woodpeckers, jays, deer and fox).
