Disliked: Check-in, communication, listing accuracy
This was the worst place we have stayed, there were no block out blinds on any of the bedroom windows, we had a two year old that has an afternoon sleep, we had to put her porta cot (not supplied) in the garage it was the only dark area in the house. The beds were horrendous you could feel the springs and when either of you moved it was like a trampoline. Even with the cheap topper on the bed. We paid good money for this and you really need a good sleep, no happy Jan. The saucepan, cutlery and untensils were very poor quality and not many of them , if you have breakfast you needed to wash them for lunch, usually you have enough for the day and then do a full load in the dishwasher over night. We have stayed in a few stayz and this was the worst one. Cheap display home with no thought put into it. Still not happy Jan.
