600m from the beach, 1200m from shops, ideal for a family.
Living room : sofa bed for 2 people, armchairs, TV, storage space, French windows opening onto an east-facing terrace equipped with a gas barbecue and garden furniture, with electric shutters.
Access to the kitchen (new in 2023) via a sliding door, fully equipped with: ceramic hob, dishwasher, oven, microwave, extractor hood, refrigerator/freezer, and cupboards.
Bathroom with shower, sink with cabinet, and washing machine.
- Bedroom 1 : one 140 cm bed, one wardrobe, west-facing window, access to west-facing terrace one step below, view of green spaces.
First floor (completely renovated) :
- Bedroom 2 on the mezzanine : two single beds, a clothes rack, and a chest of drawers.
On the landing, there is a small reading or relaxation area for children with a chest of drawers, a wardrobe, and a mattress.
Pets are not allowed. Linens are not provided.
Not accessible for people with reduced mobility.
