• Upper-Level Loft (Semi-Private): Open-concept loft sleeping area with a queen bed, private bathroom, dedicated workspace, and a private upper deck. A solid pony wall provides visual privacy, but the loft is open to the main living area and is not fully enclosed.
• Living Room: Queen sofa bed, suitable for occasional or overflow guests.
