Villa Alee is part of a gated and secure enclave of luxury properties in the residential community of Leeward on Providenciales. This exclusive vacation villa is just a short walk from Leeward’s two public beach access points: Sunset Beach and Pelican Beach.

Guests who book Villa Alee have access to a four-seater golf cart to drive to the beach, two beach cruiser bikes, a beach closet stocked with umbrellas, chairs, floats, and coolers of different sizes, and a beach tent for long days spent soaking up the rays.

This villa is a short drive away from amenities in Grace Bay, like groceries, an award-winning tennis and golf club, banking, shopping, and restaurants. It’s also right around the corner from the Blue Haven Marina, where scuba diving excursions, snorkeling tours, sunset cruises, and wakeboarding operations depart from.

If a sailor moves the sail alee, she moves it downwind. Another way to say “on the downwind side” is leeward. Come enjoy our beautiful trade winds.
