Maui Haven 5201 is one of very few privately-owned and independently managed ocean view vacation villa residences and a "whole-home rental" - a complete apartment with 3.5 bedroom and 3.5 bathrooms with a combined total of 3,532 square feet of living space that comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests.

Maui Haven 5201 is currently being upgraded with quality new furniture coming soon. A few details that have been confirmed include:

- New carpets
- New living room sofas and furniture, counter stools, and dining table

- New large flat screen televisions in all rooms
- New seating, bedding and lamps in bedrooms
- Live potted plants
- Strong Wi-Fi - all electonrics to be reviewed and updated as needed
- All new bed and bath linens
- Updated kitchen electrics and equipment
- Extensive maintenance throughout the entire home including inspections of all electrical, plumbing, and mechanical operations.

From the semi-private elevator step out into your own private entry foyer. Through a solid glass door you step in to a spacious hallway with gleaming mahogany hardwood floors. The hallway leads your gaze straight ahead to the ocean view veranda. Enter the great room where floor to ceiling sliding glass doors frame the westerly view. Just outside the sunset glistens off the pools, and the palm trees gently sway. Your private veranda has an outdoor dining table for up to six guests, chaise lounges, and club chairs. The outdoor living area is so comfortable you may never want to even venture down to the swimming pools or the ocean front walking path.

The kitchen is complete with every imaginable small appliance for your cooking pleasure. Just a few fun things we added... dual coffee makers, Nespresso capsule machine, coffee grinder, French press, supply of fresh locally roasted coffee (regular, de-caf, French roast, etc.), teas, electric tea kettle, top-quality high-powered blender, waffle maker, juicer, mixer, rice cooker/crock pot, hot air popper, deep-fryer, and a full supply of fine quality cookware, dinnerware, crystal glassware (martini, margarita, white wine, red wine, champagne flutes, pilsners, etc.), sugars, herbs and spices, plastic and paper items for kids, coffee to-go cups, etc. The true gourmet kitchen features premium appliances such as a Sub-Zero refrigerator with ice-maker and water dispenser, Sub-Zero wine fridge, 5 burner Wolf gas cooktop, built-in Microwave, Convection Oven, Dishwasher, and additional refrigerated beverage drawers.

Throughout 5201 are first-rate electronics, including five over-sized flat panel HD televisions all with HD subscription and HD cable. Other fine-quality accoutrements include 3-zone central air conditioning, mahogany trim and moldings, Brazilian hardwood floors, granite kitchen countertop, Bosch 800 series HE super-size washer/dryer, marble and granite bathrooms, and Kohler plumbing fixtures.

Whether it's a morning espresso in bed or a nightcap and dessert while watching the beautiful Hawaii sunset over the Maui Channel from your private lanai, in-suite dining offers the ultimate indulgence.

Reserve a night at the Cliff House through our Personal Concierge and enjoy a waterfront venue located on a small promontory right in the heart of the resort. The Cliff House has floor-to-ceiling windows that frame a dramatic oceanfront perch from which you can soak up Maui's famous scarlet and crimson colored sunsets. Originally built in 1940, the Kapalua Cliff House has been completely renovated and is now used as a historic private event venue. The Cliff House accommodates 10-40 guests on two levels. Facilities include a large screen television, restrooms, a shower, fully equipped kitchen with convection oven, refrigerator, ice machine, and BBQ.

IMPORTANT:

1. Montage Resort and Spa is currently undergoing exterior renovations including updates to stucco, windows and walls, with work progressing building by building through summer 2027. Construction at Building 5 where Maui Haven 5201 is located has already been completed. There is no construction in the building 5. Guests may see and hear work in progress when using the other resort facilities such as the courtyard pool, food and beverage outlets, or while in the lobby. Rates have been set to account for any possible visible and audible disruption. Access to Kapalua Beach and the Beach Club pool bar connected to building 1 in front of building 5 are unaffected. Food and beverage facilities are likely to be relocated during the upcoming renewal period and there may be visible fencing around the construction areas.

2. Starting September 17, 2025 the main swimming pool area will be closed for renovations. Work on the main pool area is scheduled to be complete by mid-November. Once complete the pool will look brand new including new furniture around the pool. The separate Beach Club Pool bar will re-open as of June 2025 and will remain open during the time the main primary pools are being renovated in fall of 2025. The Pools at Montage Spa will also remain open.

We will work with each guest in disclosing and discussing possible impacts at the time of reserving, and rates have already been lowered/modified to reflect any possible impacts, so generally speaking, the quoted rates reflect our "construction special".

You will be a guest in a villa/apartment residential resort with a mix of permanent residents, part-time owner visitors, and vacationing visitors. The villas are fee simple condominiums with individual private owners. The on-site services are not intended to fully duplicate those of a luxury hotel. Please expect ambient audible living noises including, but not limited to, children playing, person-to-person conversations, public space music, on-site or adjacent luaus or live music, and on-site or adjacent parties, group conventions, sunset horns, and firework celebrations. Montage at Kapalua Bay sometimes hosts luaus on-site. This villa is a 2nd floor residence. Supervision of children when using outdoor balcony/veranda "lanai" areas is required. Concierge service for this vacation residence is provided exclusively by Private Paradise Villas.

Maui Haven is not managed by Montage Hotels & Resorts. Maui Haven Premier Grand Residence 5201 at Montage Kapalua Beach is managed exclusively by Private Paradise Villas. Montage manages the homeowner's association and the public resort areas of the resort. There is no relationship or affiliation between our agency and Montage.

Please note, occupancy in excess of eight guests requires using existing bedding or rental bedding at extra rental cost.

*In an effort to ensure the enjoyable and comfortable experience of all guests at both our Resort Pool and Beach Club Pool, please be advised of the following policies:

- Chaise lounges are assigned on a first-come, first-serve basis and may be reserved or held beginning at 5:00am by in-house guests only.
- Chaise lounges reserved or held must be occupied by 10:00am or will be cleared and reissued to other guests.
- We will hold your chaise lounge for up to two (2) hours, between 11:00am and 4:00pm, so that you may enjoy dining at our restaurant.
- Chaise lounges not occupied for more than two (2) hours between 11:00am and 4:00pm, will be cleared and re-issued to other guests.
- No outside food or beverages permitted.
- Day Beds are available for rent for personal use throughout the day at your leisure. Reservations can be made by the pool.
- Should you wish to spend time on Kapalua Bay Beach, you will have access to complimentary towels, chairs and umbrellas on a first-come, first-serve basis. To make arrangements, visit the lobby concierge.

The accommodation you are renting has flexible bedding options in at least one sleeping room/bedroom. Our staff will ask you in advance of arrival how you would like the beds made up in those spaces. Kindly let us know prior to arrival so we can have the sleeping arrangements pre-made for you. If you are unable to give us your bedding request in advance, or if you change your bedding request after arrival, a $150 change fee will be applied.
