Close to Tahoe National Forest for skiing, gambling at Thunder Valley or Tahoe...it is an ideal location for live work escape, hiking, getting out of the city without the high costs of Tahoe. Thus is the downstairs unit that faces onto the patio..great for grilling.

Great central spot for exploring local nature

Friends and I needed a last minute place and this was perfect. It's basic but has everything you need and was perfectly located to get around the area. Thank you!

Thanks..its right off I80 but so close to the Bear River, American River, and Rollins Lake..Also some of the best hiking in the world on the Stevens Trail..has all cooking.Tv. internet and 3 beds
