There is one queen bed in the bedroom and one twin bed, with twin trundle, one bathroom with shower, living room with couch and chair, and dining table. 5 miles to Grass Valley 6 miles to Nevada City and 3 miles to Rollins Lake, 6 miles to Nevada Country Fair Grounds Only 45 min North of Sacramento, and 50 minutes to Tahoe. Grass Valley is a quick 5 miles and Nevada City is a quick 6 miles. And it's all on 9 private acres.
