Hi Latoya, we’re very sorry that your stay started off with an unexpected power outage lasting approximately seventy-five minutes. This was part of a widespread disruption in the Blue Ridge area that affected over 375 homes and, unfortunately, was entirely outside of anyone’s control. As a gesture of goodwill, we extended the option of a full refund or a complimentary night on a future stay—an effort to make things right despite the brief and unforeseen nature of the interruption.
