This is the perfect mountain retreat for families or couples in the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains. This cabin is exactly where you want to be just 15 minutes from downtown Blue Ridge and provides you every accommodation for your family vacation, fishing trip, relaxing romantic weekend, and exciting mountains getaway.

Your cabin has two king suites on the main floor each with their own private bathrooms with claw foot tubs and large showers. In the main area you’ll find a full kitchen with everything you need to prepare your meals and enjoy your stay. In the living area you can relax in front of the beautiful and relaxing fireplace, enjoy catching up on your day with the free Wifi access, challenge your family and friends to some arcade games such as Big Buck Hunter, Mortal Kombat, Rampage, Paperboy, and more, or catch up on some streaming TV by signing into your preferred services on any TV. Just outside is where you’ll want to spend your mornings and nights enjoying the beautiful mountains with a book or drink in your hand on the “Mountain View Deck” or sitting around the fire pit. This, after all, is what a Mountain Vacation is all about!

Back inside and down the stairs you’ll find the kids bedroom with separate bathroom and the 2nd deck, the “Entertainment Deck”, with a relaxing Hot Tub!

While you’re here, take advantage of the great location by heading into Blue Ridge, taking a hike, going biking, tubing, horseback riding, shopping, or off to a winery. The road to your cabin is completely paved except for the gravel driveway and any vehicle should have no problem getting to and from their Mountain Vacation.

Relaxation was the word of the weekend for our family. The view was amazing and even though it was rainy, we still had a great time. Not too far from restaurants and things to do.

We loved this cabin! Exactly what we wanted. Our kids had a blast. They loved the arcade and yard games. The king suites were perfect for our two families. Very peaceful location with beautiful view.

Amazing Stay

My only complaint was that we couldn’t stay longer! The hosts were very responsive and we had no issues while there. They truly thought of anything to make it as comfortable as possible. We have a 12, 15, 16, and 17 year old who all enjoyed themselves as much as the adults. We hope to be able to come back and stay again!

Beautiful getaway

This location was one of the easiest drives we have had to a cabin. Beautiful cabin and we loved sitting outside! The kids had a great time playing with the big jenga set and the kid friendly axe throwing (toy not a real axe). They were obsessed with the games and we loved every moment there!

Lovely cabin in a quiet neighborhood. There is a huge covered deck off the main floor with plenty of seating for all of the family. Games are available to keep everyone entertained. The kids loved the giant jenga and the corn hole games. Everyone enjoyed the hot tub. Communication with the owner was excellent. No issues with check out in or check out. Overall a great place to stay.

Family Vacation June 2024

We absolutely loved staying here! The cabin was out of town, so it was peaceful and relaxing with not many others around. The hot tub was definitely a hit! We had 8 guests with us, and had more than enough room for all of us. With all the supplies at the cabin already, it made it easier for us to eat in the cabin for most meals. Would definitely recommend & stay again!!

Perfect Getaway

This cabin was exactly what we were looking for, it was peaceful and within 20 minutes of everything! We celebrated our Thanksgiving here and really enjoyed the outdoor firepit, hot tub as well as the big buck hunter game which was a throwback to our college days. It is a short 15 minute drive to downtown Blue Ridge, and basically a 15 minute drive to anything we needed. Thank you Scott and Heather for sharing this cabin with us!

Great place to stay

Overall perfect for two families! There's a kids room downstairs with adjoining bathroom, two master suites on the main floor with king-sized beds that were incredibly comfortable. Downsides: dirty dishes in the cabinets, broken with nails boards next to the hot tub, too much chlorine in the hot tub, low water pressure. But all of that is very manageable given the gorgeous view and all of the accommodations. Thanks for such a great stay!

Wonderful Experience!

This cabin was a perfect place to stay with our children and grandchildren. Very comfortable with all the amenities. Beautiful decor and a large porch to hang out on to eat, play games and enjoy family time. The area was very quiet with a Mountain View and perfect for relaxing. We enjoyed watching fireflies at night with the kids and the woodpeckers in the mornings.

Little cabin in the woods

We have four children and they enjoyed exploring the yard and woods and making fairy houses. The house had everything we needed. It’s a beautiful area! We recommend driving to Amicalola Falls and hiking up. All our children made it all 625 steps!

Why they chose this property

Simply, the mountains. Together, we set out to find a cabin close enough for a daily trip to Blue Ridge that was private, relaxing, and provided that Mountain View while still having access to high speed internet and WiFi. We searched for months before finding this cabin and falling in love. The Cabin provides 2 acres of privacy while having neighbors close enough that the most concerned guests should feel safe. On our first night being able to stay in our new cabin, our son proclaimed that he loved the cabin and never wanted to leave and we hope that our guests have this same experience.

What makes this property unique

Our cabin sits on 2 private acres giving you the privacy and experience that we all want in a mountain vacation. However, with a shared road and cul-de-sac, other cabins are close enough to still make you feel safe if ever there was an emergency. At just 15 minutes from downtown Blue Ridge, the location hits all the goals we had in finding our perfect cabin.

The cabin has been set up with your experience in mind. With WiFi throughout the cabin and reaching around the outdoor space, the new Hot Tub, Arcades, Roku TVs in every room, outdoor dining, relaxing, and entertaining space, and a kitchen fully stocked with cooking supplies, you’ll be all set.
