About this property
The Strand, New Luxury Downtown Sarasota Condo on the bay.
This is the first time we've rented our snowbird escape. Two year old luxury condo on the 3rd floor overlooking the resort style pool and hot tub with stair and elevator access. Easily walk or ride less than one mile to Sarasota's Historic Main Street or even closer to watch the sunset at Indian Beach or Whitaker Gateway Park or have a meal at Wicked Cantina next door, Mirna's Cuban a block away or one of many new restaurants in the hip Rosemary district or new Quay area. We often ride our bikes or drive to St. Armand's Circle and Lido Key Beach, play pickleball at Gillespie Park or drive to nearby Siesta Key or University Town Centre.
