Beautiful character house in a great neighbourhood, roomy and very well-appointed. Super clean and comfortable. Excellent communication with the host. Noise can be loud from adjoining suites, but bring earplugs, and you'll be fine in the cozy bed. (If you like to read in bed, bring a small light as the bedside lights are not connected.) We will certainly stay there again!
This location is perfect. walk to beach walk to grocery store walk to shopping. House was clean and fully equipped. Suite is in house with 2 other units one of these has kids. Beautiful setting host very accessible. .
This was a fantastic place to stay - bright, spacious, comfortable and spotless! Great living room with a big tv. The kitchen seemed to have everything needed and my bed in the front room was very comfortable. The host was very easy to reach. The Location was perfect - I walked to Granville Island and the sea wall and it’s a short walk to cafes, restaurants and the beach. Walk trafalger toward the water and down the stairs for a fabulous sunset view. Kits beach one way and point grey and Jericho the other way. There are stairs up to the front door then all is one level. The photos are accurate. Thank you Kate and Liz for a lovely apartment and comfortable stay. I would absolutely love to stay here again.

Liked: Check-in, location, listing accuracy
Disliked: Communication
If you’re traveling with young children and prefer a quiet environment, this accommodation may not be ideal. The building is quite old and not soundproof. Even when the upstairs guests were trying to be considerate, we could still hear their conversations, laughter, and television quite clearly from the master bedroom downstairs. On Monday morning at 4:30 a.m., the fire alarm went off unexpectedly. I had to wake my 10-year-old children and my 80-year-old father, get everyone dressed, and evacuate outside, only to learn later that it was a false alarm.Unfortunately, communication with the host was not timely. I sent messages at 5 a.m. and again at 10 a.m. asking about the situation, but received no reply. It wasn’t until 5 p.m., after I asked whether an explanation would be provided, that the host finally responded and clarified that the alarm had been triggered by another tenant, disturbing five families in the building. If the manager had responded promptly, offered an apology, or provided a small gesture of goodwill, this experience could have felt very different.Parking is also somewhat inconvenient. You’ll need to park on the street, as the space in front of the garage is very tight and feels unsafe for larger vehicles.
Heerlijke woning midden in het ons zo vertrouwde Kits. Rustig gelegen in de woonwijk maar vlakbij alle leuke dingen: Kits Beach, 49th Parallel, Zen.Geweldige locatie, echt een aanrader!
