Alevtina villa review

Great location, close to the beach and amenities. Villa was clean and well looked after, with fantastic facilities (sauna and jacuzzi) Would definitely recommend to friends and possibly revisit ourselves.

Fab house. Lovely pool. Area quite low key but still lovely “urban” beach. Defo 4 double bedroom - 5 th room with sofa bed not self contained. Host and housekeeper very responsive with communication.

A true oasis...

There are always little things one could complain about, but when everything else around you is so fantastic, like this oasis, you just feel silly... The Internet was a little spotty at times (sadly had to work some), but otherwise, not much worth complaining about... The pool was great, the beaches beautiful, several restaurants within walking distance, several grocery stores within a short drive... Simply gorgeous...

Stayed with my wife and some friends. The villa is well equipped, very comfortable and the outside space is beautiful, with a large swimming pool. The whole property was clean and the property manager Sabine was very responsive to a couple of queries we had during our stay. The location, set back from the main road, was peaceful and private. Mi Casa Tu Casa is a great restaurant for local Spanish cuisine just across the road and there are many more options within walking distance/short drive to Denia. Be aware that the "double futon" is not a self-contained bedroom but in the living space leading to the master bedroom and is accessed by a spiral staircase. It worked fine for our party but may not suit everyone.

Wonderfull experience

This villa is quietly located in a suburb of Els Poblets and has recently been completely renovated. The result is absolutely amazing. The villa is fully equipped and has a lovely big garden with a wonderfull (9 x 4 m) swimming pool, sauna and jacuzzi. Distance to the beach is only 50m and restaurant(s), bar(s) and a mini market are within walking distance. For some exitement you can go to Denia but you will need a car or take the bus to get there. Owner Julia is a wonderful and reliable hostess and together with her team she will do the utmost to make your stay as comfortable as possible. A stay in this villa is highly recommended.

A wonderful villa that truly meets expectations.....

We selected this villa on very little notice after a horrific experience at another one further down the coast – not linked in any way to Alevtina. From the outset all comms were very quick and everything very easy. Mrs Schmidt was very helpful throughout with anything we needed. The villa is as per the pictures. The outside space is simply wonderful and it has something for everyone. Inside the furnishings are clean and the kitchen has everything you need for a 19-day break in the sun. We really enjoyed the local bars which also served excellent food: Llum and The Soul Beach Hotel. We are a well-travelled couple in our early 50’s and have been let down so many times over the years – primarily with ones where the photos were taken 10+ years ago. Not this one - this place really meets expectations – a 5 star experience. The only thing we struggled with was the Internet which I did mention during our stay. We didn’t go there to watch Netflix all day but unfortunately, I had to work for a couple of days and the signal is very weak. It fluctuated anything between 3 mbps and 6 mbps. Maybe it’s just the local area. I don’t want to end on a sour note – if this place is available then, as of May 2023, it genuinely stacks up to the pictures and represents excellent value. If we are in this part of Spain again, we will categorically be back….. Thanks again!!

Fantastisch compleet huis, ruim, mooie tuin, zeer complete keuken, fijn zwembad.
