Alpine Lofts are just as described. Excellent! They are located about a 5 minute walk into the 'thick' of Helen, which is close enough to buy things and drop them back at the apartment and then carry on again! The apartment is well equipped with everything you would need for a few days or a few weeks' stay. Everything was as new and clean. Just be aware if you stay that the stairs could be an issue for someone who is less mobile. I would return!

Great Location - Nice Rental!

This location is ideal when visiting Helen or venturing to the many surrounding small towns. Abundant hiking trails nearby along with other outdoor activities. The lodging was exceptionally clean. This is a relatively new build so all appliances, fixtures, furniture are also new. Although I rated the property highly, there are a few things that might help your stay or alternatively provide feedback to the management company for potential enhancements. The rental unit has a Keurig. Great if you have this at home and can bring pods with you. We don't have a Keurig so it would have been nice to include a small amount. There was no body soap, shampoo, or conditioner. I get the shampoo and conditioner but surprised there wasn't soap for the shower/bath. The rental confirmation indicates they provide one roll of "necessity paper" for the stay but they had an extra. Otherwise, they had a couple of pods for the washing machine as well as the dishwasher. Parking could be a challenge. The units have no dedicated parking and instead relies on available city parking spots. If visiting during a peak season, as we did, you might have to hunt for available parking or pay to park in a private lot. Interestingly though, another rental property behind seems to have a few dozen spots dedicated to a building that might have 12 or so rentals. Overall, wonderful experience. It could have been over the top if the rental company could have provided a few relatively inexpensive items though.

Oktoberfest stay

I found this place to be the best overall place that I have stayed at during the Oktoberfest festival. The location is very convenient to all the activities. The lodging was clean and accommodating. I will definitely stay here again.
