Everything was as described before booking. Pet friendly, fast replies from owner at any time. Beautiful little place with everything you need for a longer stay and perfectly located as everything is in walking distance. You have a bakery, supermarket in a one minute walking distance and several good restaurants and shops all within 5 minutes walking dinstance. Perfect location beautiful bathroom and fireplace. This was our second trip to Helen and we will be back for sure. Thank you for the great hospitality.

The place was clean and well cared for. They had a fire place and a bathtub which was heavenly! It was a nice get away. I would definitely book here again. The location, the price, and the amenities were our top priorities and they delivered on all 3!

The location is great, nice locks on the doors made it easy to get in and lock up. The fireplace was wonderfil it got very cold while there. Good amenities had coffee tea and snacks which was nice. The bathroom was spacous. We had plenty of room for my sons blow up mattress. The towels all smelled of smoke so that was yucky and there was a faint smell of wet dog which was unpleasant. This town is all very animal friendly but i find it dirty. The rest of the flat was pretty clean and the sheets were soft and bed was fine.
