Chad did a nice job welcoming us when we arrived. Made sure we had everything we needed. Shower could use some work but other than that place was great.
Perfect location and an amazing Cabin. We’ll be back next year.

Hi David thank you for the review and staying with us. Hope you had a great time skiing and snowboarding. You left the cabin beautiful we would love to have you back any time.
Great location! Hit perfect weather too….due to large amounts of snow/powder it was a walk on/off to the slopes but that was a good problem to have! Property was clean and well stocked. We would book again.
We absolutely loved this cabin. It’s tucked away in the trees in a quiet location. The cabin was clean and well decorated and extremely cozy! The host had wonderful communication and the check in process was a breeze. We will definitely stay again!

Hi Mark thank you for the review. Thank you for taking such great care of the place. We are glad you enjoyed your stay and would love to have you back any time.
It was just the two of us staying in the cabin, but the amenities and price were unbeatable. We will definitely be back someday hopefully with our kids. The house had everything we needed, was beautiful, relaxing, and absolutely perfect!
The location and home was beautiful. Perfect distance to Zion, Bryce, and Sand Hollow. All of which we wanted to do.
Evenings, patio lighting, view and hot tub helped make our trip even more special.

Hi Kathy thank you for taking the time to give us a review. Sounds like you visited some amazing places. Thank you for being great guests!
We had a great time here! The cabin was very clean and had awesome amenities. The hot tub was a cherry on top. There are three private rooms with one bed each, then an open bedroom with a king bed and the loft queen bed. We had a few kids and they loved the cabin, too! We were able to take advantage of the ski-in/ski-out, which made it even better. We definitely loved this cabin and Chad was super helpful and communicative. Thanks for the great vacation!
We went up for Christmas and it was perfect. The cabin was decorated to feel homey and rustic. Everything was in working order and clean. The scenery and snow was everything you could hope for. Would highly recommend for a winter escape!
This property was great, well furnished, everything seemed updated. The ski in/out was a little difficult is all.

Hi David thank you for the review, we hope you enjoyed your stay.
We are working on finding a way to groom the ski out trail after snow storms. Hope you enjoyed your stay and got some good ski turns. Thank you for the feedback. We would love to have you back anytime.
The property is gorgeous and homey, right on Brian Head and a short hour-long drive from Bryce, Zion, and Escalante.
Hot tub is amazing, as are the gas and wood fireplaces. Also the kitchen is fully stocked with tools, making it a breeze to cook our thanksgiving meal.
Love it

Well appointed. Super Hot Tub. Ideal location. Just a great cabin in a great spot. Very comfortable for the entire family. We will go again, without doubt.
Amazing location and super helpful hosts. Just be sure to have AWD on your car if it’s snowing. FWD and RWD with chains are sketchy getting up.

Words cannot truly describe how incredible this cabin is. This property caters to every need and want- it is near to the lodge, market and lifts but is tucked behind a beautiful drove of trees offering privacy and tranquility. This was a perfect experience for our little family, just enough snow to sled on! Couldn’t be more thankful to enjoy this property and hope to visit again soon.

Heather thank you so much for the wonderful review we are happy you enjoyed your stay and would love to have you back any time. You were perfect guests.
We had eight people (including 4 kids) staying at the cabin comfortably. Well located to both Navajo and Giant Steps. Although we were not able to use the ski in/out (due to too much snow!) we were only a couple minutes drive to either lifts. The property was well-provisioned and the owner/pm was easy to communicate with. Beautiful views from the deck and hot tub!
Wonderful setting to spend our family vacation in the mountains! Got away from the heat and loved sitting on beautiful deck in the trees. Stocked with everything we needed for cooking and fun. Close to town but yet felt secluded. Only suggestion since we had eight adults to have enough seating around table to place us all. Great memories were made and we will be back!

Hi Quin thank you for the review. We appreciate your recommendation on the dining table we are working on a solution. We usually drag the picnic table in when we have friends over but it’s not ideal. Thank you for pointing this out. We look forward to having you again.
This wonderful cabin gave us the perfect location to access Bryce Canyon, the North Rim of the Grand Canyon, Zion National Park and some beautiful state parks in Utah and Nevada. This cabin in the woods had all the amenities we needed but was also situated in the most peaceful and beautiful setting….so relaxing after long days of hiking! Thank you! We hope to bring the rest of our family out here at some point in the future.

Hi Peggy- sounds like you visited some of the most amazing places in the word. Thank you for staying with us and the kind words. We would love to have you and the rest of the family back again.
The deck was perfect for my morning yoga and stretching and evening BBQ. Cool air, the smell of the trees and the little creek. Loved it! 3 minutes to the general store and the ski lifts. We went to the top of the mountain and enjoyed the views then we rented Polaris rzr and went back country , the final stop was taking the lift to the top and mountain biking down. Highly recommend 👌

Hello and thank you for looking at our beautiful cozy cabin, Chalet Somnium (of dreams) We love the outdoors and love to ski. Southern Utah has so much to offer and we found this cabin to be the perfect home base to enjoy it all. We have made so many memories and had so many great adventures we decided to share our place with you. Enjoy!
Why they chose this property
Location, location, location. This is one of the few cabins that has ski in ski out access. Nestled in the thick pines, bordering Brian Head ski resort. This cabin really puts you in the outdoors. The cabin is located on the giant steps side of the mountain 100+ yards from the roulette lift. Ski in/out completely changes a ski vacation. Avoid parking, dragging gear to and from the mountain. Ski home for lunch. The cabin is also centrally located between Zion and Bryce National parks.
What makes this property unique
The fact that this property is ski in ski out has completely changed our family ski vacations. The cabin is nestled in the pines giving you the illusion of being out in nature, while being cozy and warm. We have put a lot of time and thought into making this cabin comfortable, enjoyable, and relaxing. We hope you enjoy!
