Marco Island Breeze in Naples

Beautifully updated 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo just outside of Lely Resort. Vaulted ceilings for a more spacious feel. High speed WiFi and 3 Cable Smart TVs with 200 cable channels. A quiet 3rd floor condo with a private, peaceful view from a lanai with a triple sliding door to open up to the living area. Fully stocked kitchen, and supplies ready for the beach
Location just 15 to 30 minutes away from many amazing white sandy beaches of Naples and Marco Island. Historic Naples and 5th Avenue with fine dining and shops just 15 minutes away or choose a walk to a very close restaurant or coffee house. Everglades City is just a 30 minutes drive. Within walking distance you will find Freedom Square that houses Publix Super Market, Fresh Market, Starbucks, Outback Steak House, Texas Road House, McDonalds, Chase Bank, Bank Of America and more.
Parking is right near the elevator for convenience. The outside access elevator is just down from our entry door for easy access but you'll never hear that elevator!
We have 2 bedrooms with comfortable queen size beds. Three televisions, one in each bedroom and one in the main living area.
We have you ready for the beach with 5 beach chairs, beach towels, an umbrella and cooler for take along lunch, beverages and snacks and a wagon to pull it all!
There is a washer and dryer in the condo guest bathroom for your use.
You'll find a very well stocked kitchen for cooking and dining. 12 cup coffee maker and a K-cup coffee maker as well. Pantry usually has dry foods and snacks.
Extra paper towel and TP in the walk in closet or pantry. Pots and pans, plates, cups, towels and more!
Everything you need to relax and enjoy Florida sunshine, shopping and great food! But you may just want to enjoy the peace and quiet of this very comfortable condo!! Truly a place of escape on its own.

Fabulous home! Very well stocked with anything you could need for the pool or beach. Kitchen had it all. The beds were so comfortable and the unit is very quiet. Judy is very responsive and everything was stress free. This would be a top pick for me when I’m in town again.

Perfect place for our annual getaway

Another wonderful stay at Marco Island Breeze! Beautiful, well equipped, comfortable condo. We especially love the coffee bar in the morning before we head to the beach! We will be back in April!

Beautiful condo in a great location

My family had an amazing time spending a week here. A lot of trips to a variety of beaches in the area and plenty of other activities in town to keep us busy. Lots of time just enjoyed hanging out by the beautiful pool at the condo, as well. Will definitely stay again!

The location was perfect. Close to everything. We enjoyed going to the Marco Island beach during our stay. Hosts thought of everything, and gave excellent suggestions for restaurants beaches and places to go. We definitely would go back again!

Has every and anything you could need. Close to tons of dining options, and multiple beaches. Nice condo in great location to explore Naples area

Check in was simple and condo was very clean. Third floor unit but elevator right there if anyone doesn't want to use the stairs. This was a great stay for our family and we'll absolutely look to return when planning our next trip to Florida.

Perfect location

We loved how close we were to everything! Yet the community was peaceful and secluded (backing up against a nice patch of greenery). The unit was perfect for our family of three and the location was ideal -- my elderly parents were able to walk to the Eagle Lakes community park by themselves. Judy was super helpful and responsive. All in all, an amazing and relaxing week in Southwest FL.

Fantastic place!!

Very clean. They supplied chairs, boogie boards, cooler, wagon. Great stores and restaurants close by. Pool was nice and clean. Area was quiet. Grounds were well kept. The people were friendly. Lots of beaches to choose from to visit. We will be returning again

Amazing Condo

This was our fourth time staying is this condo and we will keep coming back! It’s perfect, from the wonderful coffee bar to the beautiful view. The pool is a favorite activity, and Marco Island’s South Beach is so close we went every day! The condo is well equipped and very comfortable. Our daughter loves her room with its own tv. The condo is so centrally located. It’s very clean and tastefully decorated. We truly love our time there, even when we stay “in” for the day.

Very nice condo and a great location!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The weather was perfect, and the condo really exceeded expectations. The condo was very clean and well maintained. It was stocked with everything a person would need for a relaxing vacation. The location was walking distance to many restaurants and stores and was a short drive to many more. We spent time in Naples and Marco Island and even took in a spring training game in Fort Myers. In and around Marco Island was our favorite destination. Judy was always available to answer our questions was very attentive and helpful. We are looking forward to returning next winter!

Relaxing, quiet, everything you need for a vacay

Needing a break from cloudy, cold Midwest weather I headed down to Naples. I wanted a good mix of beach, quiet, and nearby places to explore. I found all that and more here! The host was very communicative and replied to any questions I had. Everything I needed to enjoy my stay was provided - from kitchen to beach. Nearby stores had anything else I would want. The condo, grounds and pool were spotless. Lots to explore within a 10-30 minute drive radius: beach, museum, kayaking, sunset boat tours and more. Easy drive from the airport. The host has many ideas too. I can’t wait to go back.

Peaceful, sunny place to stay

This was our first VRBO experience and it did not disappoint. It was a peaceful, sunny place to stay. The property was very clean as other reviews described, and the coffee bar was just perfect for all the coffee lovers out there like us. The directions for how to access the condo were clear and easy to follow. The layout of the space is really conducive to casual visiting with your family yet there is room to retreat if you need a quiet moment. The lanai is the best place for morning coffee, mealtime, reading and more. The condo is very near a large grocery store and dining options. We felt safe on the property and safe while taking evening walks, though as a female I wouldn't recommend doing so by yourself at night - just to be on the safe side. Marco Island is an easy drive but beware parking is very limited on the island during season. It was also an easy drive to the Everglades, which was one of our favorite excursions. There's also a large shopping mall within 20 minutes. That said, just hanging out by the pool was also one of our favorite activities, and the grounds were very well kept. I would 100% stay here again!

Looking for a place my family could enjoy making great memories in Florida. Grateful to have found this quiet corner condo unit for times when we can't be at the beach. We love playing games and watching movies if we can't be beachside or shopping.

Why they chose this property

We really like the central location of this Coral Falls Resort. We can walk to dinner or for coffee if we want. Though there are great shopping and restaurants very close it's also a very short drive to all that Naples and Marco Island have. We really enjoy the variety of both. Since we will have only a few weeks here a year it's nice that it's a rental so others can enjoy what we've been blessed with.

What makes this property unique

This is an end condo unit so it is very quiet and private. There's a beautiful wooded view from the lanai, no cars or foot traffic. Great spot for morning coffee and quiet time! It has everything we need for extended stays as a family. The shopping and restaurants so close if needed. We just like everything about its central location and peacefulness.
