Skiing getaway

We had a wonderful time in and around Sun Valley. Our condo was at a perfect location with walking distance to Sun Valley resort. Clean and quiet I’d definitely recommend and stay again

This is a marvelous condo for two people. It's close to the Sun Valley Lodge send resort

I recommend this condominium to any couple who wants to spend a few days in Sun Valley. The king size bed is comfortable, the kitchen has good appliances and the unit is clean and bright. It was a great place to stay for 5 nights.

Excellent personal and responsive service

My husband was skiing, but I was in work mode so desperately needed a hair dryer. I reached out, and the owner made sure someone was over with one in very short order. Very grateful. Beautiful area. Condo was a bit older than I expected, but everything was clean. More towels would be a nice touch. Thank you! We had a great visit!

Great condo

This condo was perfect for my stay in Sun Valley. Close to everything, clean, and nicely decorated. The last two days there were 6 kids and 2 adults renting upstairs and the noise was unbearable. Other than the last two days, it was quiet and very nice.

Didn’t spend much time in the condo because I was visiting family and needed only a bed to sleep in. While the condo is quite dated in its decor, it was comfortable, clean, quiet, well-equipped, and it met my needs. Casey was great. The grounds are lovely.

We would give it 5 stars plus!!

It was very clean; plush carpeting; master bedroom bed was one of the best we have ever slept in; kitchen was completely stalked with any dish, pan, utensil, appliance you need; lovely setting with a little stream running through the condos; better than anything we saw around Sun Valley; right across the street from Sun Valley Village to which we walked several times a day; one mile from Ketchum which has shops, movies, information, stores...everything. We had a beautiful drive up into the mountains to view the Sawtooth mountain rage. We would definitely recommend it highly, easily 5 starts, and hope to go again.

Perfect home base for the week

This condo provided an ideal weeklong home base for two xc skiers. There are plenty of windows for natural light, the kitchen has all the pots, pans, & utensils you'll need for home cooking (just be sure to pack essentials like oil, sugar, etc.), the bed and couch are really comfortable, and the gas fireplace adds a cozy touch. The 31km Harriman Nordic ski trail is just a short drive away, and Galena lodge & trails are under 30 min drive. Free access to the huge Sun Valley outdoor hot tubs (short walk from the condo) was amazing after a day's hard exertion. We could hear the upstairs neighbors quite a bit, but I'd still gladly stay here again.

Great Stay!

I travel to Sun Valley once per year to attend the Idaho Prevention and Support Conference at Sun Valley Inn. I will never stay at the Lodge or Inn again if this place is available. It was warm, quiet, comfortable, clean, and well-appointed. Close enough to the inn and lodge without being there. I stayed by myself, so I cannot comment about the sleeper sofa, but I imagine it could be a little "too cozy" if there were 3 more people staying with me. Maximum comfort is 1 or 2 people, in my opinion, but don't hesitate to rent this condo if you are planning a visit to Sun Valley. This is nothing fancy, but a definite "home-away-from-home" experience.

Perfect stay!

Lovely condo! I have stayed in Sun Valley many times while attending the Idaho Support and Prevention Conference and have always stayed in Sun Valley Lodge apartments. This trip has been the best as far as accommodations go, and I plan to stay here each time I am in Sun Valley. It is a clean, quiet, comfortable condo for one or two people. I imagine it could get a little crowded if there were others sleeping on the sleeper-sofa, but it was perfect for us. The proximity to the conference at Sun Valley Inn was perfect. King-sized bed was perfect, the kitchen was well-appointed, plenty of towels, and nice & cozy. I would recommend this place to anyone! Thank you, Casey, for making your condo available.

Perfect Sun Valley Rental

I visit Sun Valley 4 or 5 times a year and have stayed at a variety of condos. This Cottonwood Condo is my favorite. Location can't be beat; it takes no more than 2-3 minutes to walk from the condo to the Sun Valley ice rink or the Pavilion. The other SV amenities are also a very easy walk. The condo is situated away from both road and parking lot noise and is very quiet. The unit interior has been tastefully remodeled and is spotlessly clean. It is equipped with everything one would need for a comfortable stay. Unlike some older condos, this one has a lot of windows, good ventilation and natural light. Though it was quite warm during our stay, the condo stayed cool. There is a very nice deck off the living area where you can enjoy a cup of coffee and the well maintained grounds are very Sun Valley style with small streams, ponds, cobblestone walkways and mature evergreen trees-very quaint. The complex seems very private due to landscaping. Owner was prompt and very helpful. The rental transaction was seamless. Though we did not use them, having resort passes is a big plus as you are able to enjoy the Sun Valley pools and weight rooms. I would not hesitate to recommend this rental as it a wonderful property at a very affordable price. I will definitely return.
