This beautiful 2 bedroom 2 bath condo gives you easy access to skiing, restaurants, shopping and all that Ketchum and Sun Valley have to offer. Walk into town or ride the free bus to the ski slopes, it's all right here. With floor to ceiling windows you will love the natural lighting and views from the balcony. This unit offers 1 king bedroom with an adjacent full bath and 1 queen en-suite with walk in shower, both with abundant natural light. The living/dining area give you plenty of space to stretch out perfect for a family or two couples. We have a modern fully equipped kitchen and outdoor ski storage. Street parking in front of unit.

The condo was perfect for our needs. Spacious enough for a 6 person family dinner; two comfy beds, one bathroom en suite the other not but worked out fine. Happy it was the second floor. Parking was easy. Off of the main busy areas but right nearby so most everywhere was walkable for restaurants, coffee, etc.And although I was unaware at the time of reserving it, there is construction in ketchum and this condo was at the other end of all that- not near that re routed traffic or any noise. I recommend this property!

Super spot for a couple or small family. Nice neighbors, most of who are full time residents. Great communication. This style condo is typical of the recent builds in Ketchum // clean, new, modern, sparse.

This is a beautiful condo near downtown Ketchum. The location is great for walking to shops and restaurants, but it's not right on the main streets, so a bit quieter, which was nice. The furnishings were lovely, beds very comfortable, and the kitchen well stocked. It's a bit pricey for comparable condos in other places we've stayed, but this is Sun Valley, so I suppose that's understandable. We were completely happy with the accommodations, parking, and communication with the host.
