A 30 minute drive from Christchurch Airport, and a 5 minutes drive from Sumner beach where you can go for a relaxing walk and checkout the retail shops and cafes near the beach. The home has 3 bedrooms with Bedroom 1 and 3 containing King sized beds and Bedroom 2 containing a twin sized bed, 2 bathrooms that each have a shower, sink and toilet. There is a washing machine and a dryer for guest use and a open living area with a dining table and TV. There are 3 outdoor seating areas to enjoy outdoor dining or just relax and soak up the sun and views.

St Andrews Hill is situated in the Mount Pleasant area with lots of parks and stunning sea views parks nearby include; King park, Scott park and Indies park, there are a lots of cafes and restaurants in the area and if you don`t have a car the nearest bus stop is a 1 minute walk.
We have strict rules in place to ensure a peaceful stay for all guests and neighbours. Please refrain from making loud noise outside between the hours of 10pm and 7am. If you are unable to comply with this rule, we kindly ask that you do not book with us.
Additionally parties or gatherings are not allowed, any unauthorised gatherings will result in immediate cancellation with no refund.
Check out time is 10am and late checkouts must be requested 24hours in advance.
Smoking in prohibited inside the property and any damages or extra cleaning caused by smoking or pets will result in a $200 fee. We expect the house to be left in a reasonable condition and any additional cleaning required will be charged at $60 per hour.
Any damages, spills or stains must be reported and may result in a charge for replacement or cleaning.
