E-scape to the hills for views of the sea-scape, water-scape, mountain-scape & cityscape in a gorgeous, modern & warm 2brm home, and a deck with incredible views.
Watch kite & wind surfing on the local estuary and views of the city during the day. Sunsets in the evening. City lights at night.
Close to summer for the beach. Close to Lyttleton and the Port. The ‘Ferrymead Heritage Park’ for train rides and tours of the historic Christchurch. Close to ‘The Tannery’ for plenty of entertainment and shopping. And the estuary for lovely walks and bird watching.
Very homely but also modern.

Very Enjoyable

This was a excellent location for the my wife and I. The property's interiors are upscale and the views from the hillside location looking west towards Christchurch and the mountains were postcard quality. The Avon Heathcote Estuary is always in a state of change based the high and low tides, nature at work. The Mt Pleasant is a suburb of Christchurch and about a 15 minutes drive to downtown. Centrally located Christchurch served a great launching spot to various part of the South Island. Our five weeks went by quickly. A be back.
