Great location, beds and furniture is very comfortable. There are beach chairs and an umbrella that came in very handy, it would have been nice to have a little cooler available. The place was clean and kitchen had everything we needed.

2nd time staying at Sea Breeze. Check in and access to everything is simple. We love the view of the beach, walkout to the beach, pool and hot tub, and spacious rooms! I could spend every morning on the balcony looking over the beach. The rooms were clean with just obvious wear from the weather and sand but that comes with the environment and was not bad at all. Simple walking distance to John's Pass, even with two children following along.
