Very clean, stocked, professional, comfortable, and everything you want it to be. The sound of the river, the quiet area, and the hot tub made for an amazing getaway!

Sandy River House
This was a lovely house facing the Sandy River. It was a very quiet stay with a lot of great amenities. The view an hot tub were a major bonus! It was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and the decor was nice too!
Some things to keep in mind: for snow activities make sure you bring your own gear as this place does not offer that. The HVAC system is VERY loud and takes a long time to heat up the main part of the house, but the bedrooms get very hot. The stairs to the loft are quite dangerous and are not meant for anybody who has difficulty walking.
This was hands down the coziest little cabin and everything we were hoping for. The direct access to the Sandy River was our favorite part with the adorable walkway leading right down to the water made it so easy to spend time by the river. It was incredibly peaceful!!!After long days of hiking, soaking in the jacuzzi on the back porch was the perfect way to unwind. And every morning, I looked forward to sipping my coffee on the porch while listening to the sound of the river. It was so relaxing that I know I'll be dreaming about those mornings for a long time. The cabin was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. It's the perfect getaway for families or couples looking to disconnect and enjoy nature. We absolutely loved our stay, will definitely be back, and highly recommend this little slice of paradise!
This property is really special. The location is perfect for Mt Hood activities. The house is really spacious, especially the living/dining room and deck overlooking the Sandy River. The sound of the river is so relaxing it was hard to not want to spend hours on the deck. The house was clean and well appointed. The nice bottle of complimentary Pinot Noir and fresh can of coffee were much appreciated. Thank you to the owners.
