This modern, sun-filled space includes 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a stylish open-concept living area, and a fully equipped kitchen. The main living room is perfect for relaxing with a flat-screen TV and comfortable seating. Step out onto the private balcony or unwind on the back patio—ideal spots for morning coffee or evening relaxation.



Located just a 1-minute walk from the lake, beach, and private swim dock, this is the perfect retreat for outdoor lovers, families, or couples seeking a mix of adventure and comfort.


Make the most of your stay with direct access to Kaatza Adventures, located at the private beach and marina connected to North Shore Estates—just a short walk from the suite!

Beautiful guesthouse of high calibre. I definitely recommend. The location was great and allowed for usage of the private beach (pictured in listing). The back patio and front patio were also lovely and all the indoor spaces were clean and comfortable. This accommodation was very suited for a family time away.The host was also fast to respond and was very hospitable. Would definitely stay again if possible in the future!
