Nice and clean, good location. Comunication with host wasn't best, but we managed to get there and move around. The building rules are kinda too strict for a beach neighboorhood and only one 1 elevator for over 20 storeys in a crowded holiday. The instructions for back entrance was confusing and we had a hard time to find it out. The apt was new and well equiped but the blankets didnt feel freshly washed and had a very strong scent smell, not very pleasent for those who are allergics. Overall is a nice place to stay and I would be back or recomend it to friends. I do not know if the builds has a pool or other structures I wasnt told by anyone and didnt have time to look around.
